This is a great computer shop!! Rob is the owner and the technician he is very good at his job and offers a lot of advice and ideas. His repair is quick even when times call for a lot of computer needs. His prices are great and wont break the bank. I would recommend this business to my friends and family.

Dont really know how the service is here. I have brought in a laptop to figure out how much it would cost to have the whole top of it fixed when I went back to get it they did not have a price for me but they did try charging me almost $150 for services I never asked for

Unlike another business we contacted Rob was upfront and precise about cost, time needed to rebuild the computer, and additional hardware, besides the parts we had provided already. We just picked our machine up today and are very satisfied with the result. I would certainly recommend his business to others.

Great service. Rob presented all of my options clearly and was very patient while I took the time to make my decision regarding my computer fix options.

I brought the computer I built that wasnt booting late on a Saturday. The employee told me he would diagnose the problem sometime next week. After a week passed, I left a message asking about the status. Having not heard anything the following morning and being in the area, I stopped in. The same employee told me he had received my call and would look it over by tomorrow. When I stopped in the next day, they still had not looked at. The following day they contacted me saying that the motherboard wasnt any good. After replacing the motherboard, the computer still wouldnt boot, so I brought it to a different computer repair store. They showed me that the CPU was defective. While its possible that the original motherboard was faulty, not catching the faulty CPU leaves me with the impression they did not do a thorough job diagnosing the problem. The competitor also cost half as much to diagnosis it and looked at it the day after I dropped it off.

I could easily echo the other fantastic reviews here -- but Ive gotta note that even as someone experienced with computers myself, Rob has always been incredibly helpful whenever I stop in. Hes always had the unusual cables I needed, the ability to get parts with super fast shipping, and the solutions I hadnt even thought of. His prices and service are always fair and down-to-earth, too. Hes a great guy, and Im definitely glad hes in town whenever theres a PC job I cant finish up on my own.

RX Computers is best computer repair shop in Rochester NH area. They have helped me on numerous occasions with some very hard problems. I know enough to fix most things myself and they have helped me with tougher problems that I have run into.
