I totally trusted him and was thrilled from the moment I walked in the door, to their understanding of when I had to cancel the install with very little notice due to a plumbing situation, and the perfect installation crew who arrived exactly as promised. I am a general contractor and bought counter tops from top shop. Then my guys managed to drop a section of it carrying it into an apartment unit we were remodeling. Top Shop got the section fixed the next day. Ill be ordering counters for my next project.
