I need my shirts or money back!Update: changed from 1 to 5 stars they got my order fi ex and being shipped and refunded me what more could I ask for. Bought shirts from them on multiple occasions. All are relatively cheap and made from quality material. One time, a shirt didnt fit, and I was able to get the right size at no extra cost. Awesome customer service!

I just received a T-shirt in the mail today from amazon for a maternity shirt. I plan on wearing it to a family party this weekend to reveal my pregnancy. I was disappointed when it came in and had a black mark on the bottom. I called customer service and they were so friendly and accommodating. They sent a new shirt today to it would be here in time. I’ve ordered from crazy dog a lot when I was pregnant and always got compliments on my shirts. They were super cute. I placed an order after I had my baby, and I paid but was never sent my shirts. A month later, still nothing. I have tried to call Crazy Dog multiple times, the phone just rings. So I emailed them multiple times with my order number and have gotten no response. The only other thing I can do is drive the 30 min to the location and see where my order is. Extremely frustrating and I WONT be ordering again. I understand mistakes happen and things get overlooked, but to not even get a response is so disappointing. At least give me my money back!

Ordered a shirt online. After the first wash the logo was almost gone. We contacted the company and after a week no reply. Money lost and the shirt is basically a glorified car rag!!!! Money down the drain. Thanks guys!!!!

We recently placed an order for spirit wear for our school (t-shirts, long sleeve t-shirts and hoodies). Kara was GREAT to work with, she was VERY responsive and friendly. We found the prices to be very reasonable and we are pleased with the quality and sizing of the shirts, and turn-around time after our order was submitted was quick. I was excited to get this shirt. I love the movie and the design on the shirt was just what I was looking for. I purchased from this seller in part because it was supposed to be a “super soft high quality shirt”, and that “you won’t find a more well-made shirt online”. The listing says “100% preshrunk cotton” and “our shirts are slim fit”. Unfortunately for me what I got was a cheap Gildan t-shirt, that you can find at any Walmart for a few bucks, with some imperfections in screen printing. The shirt i received is 90% cotton 10% polyester and not slim cut at all. For a clothing company they really missed their mark.

The only place I shop for customized gear. Hands down the best service and merchandise. I highly recommend!

***Update 7/24/2018*** Received another email from Kyle apologizing for the continued inconvenience that was caused. He stated that he would look into the situation to see why it was not rectified and he said he would personally ship the correct t-shirt to me and would include a free shirt along with the replacement. I received my package yesterday and I finally got the correct size shirt. This whole ordeal was a lot more nerve-wrecking than it should have been, but I commend the manager for stepping up and making sure that the situation was completely resolved and not just swept under the rug. I also applaud them for not expecting the wrong sized shirts be sent back, but instead be donated to someone in need. Thank you for finally getting me the correct shirt.***Update 7/20/2018*** Received an email from Kyle, the manager, apologizing for the inconvenience and offering to rectify this situation by refunding me my money back and sending me the correct size shirt (XL). The money was refunded 2 days ago. I received the shirt yesterday and surprise, it is STILL a small. The first shirt they sent when I requested the larger size was a small, and after 3 weeks of back and forth, I STILL received a small. I definitely do not recommend this company now.7/18/2018Worst exchange policy and worst “customer service dept” I’ve ever encountered. They don’t answer the phone number provided and emails are answered 2 days later. If you need to make a return, your best option per Crazy Dog themselves is to ask for a refund (2-4 day return) and re-order the shirt. It’s been a month since I returned a Fathers Day shirt for a larger size and after multiple email exchanges and verifications that the shirt is being sent, I’ve been told that a refund is being issued and to re-order it again. It’s been a frustrating experience. I honestly wanted to write a good review but after this last email response, there’s just no way I can recommend this company.

I would recommend this company for ANY tshirt needs. I ordered 2 tshirts, and when I was very pleased with the quality and screen printing. They are Christmas presents and I am glad to give them as such. When they came however, the size wasnt quite right. I am not exaggerating when I say they helped me in less than five minutes. Customer service is unparalleled.

I ordered 5 plain colored maternity shirts. I loved them when I recieved them, then I washed them as instructed and they shrunk to 1/2 their size. I contacted the company looking for replacements (bigger size to prepared for the shrinking), money back, anything to make the situation right and I have yet to be contacted by anyone. The sad thing is, I really liked the style and fit before they were washed. Now I am just mad and disappointed that the shirts are unusable and the companies customer service skills are nonexistent! If you dont mind throwing money down the drain for a crappy product, this is the company for you!

I ordered a t-shirt for my daughter in a small. When it arrived it was tiny so I contacted them and they sent a medium. The medium was as small as the small, it was a different color of gray, was a different material and the sleeves were uneven. I dont understand all the good reviews. Wish I could give one because I wanted that shirt...

I orederd 7 tshirts for my family for Christmas The online ordering process was quick and easy and I received them on time. One shirt was to be an extra large mens. It turned out to be smaller than the large size mens I also ordered. I called customer service and they said that they would send me a new one in the correct size and no charge and there was no need to send back the wrong one I received. He figured they sent me a womans XL instead of mens. I was shocked at how nice and friendly the customer service associate was and they are so accommodating. Unfortunately I do not remember they guys name that I spoke to but he was a joy! I will definitely order from them again. Great job guys!!

I dont recommend anyone to purchase from them. Ordered 1 T shirt from 9th Nov. and until this moment I am writing the review its not even shipped. Sent an email and the feedback was astonishing..my order was mixed with another order that was cancelled..I showed up the invoice and they confirmed it will be delievered in 2 to 3 days..until now nothing was done. Asked for a tracking number..nothing. Totally unsatisfied. Very poor service.

Bought T shirt a mans medium got and looks like a boys size. They are wanting to charge me for return shipping when there product is wrong. A skinny man it would be to tight on. Ordered second shirt before I received first so cancel second order before it was shipped and they sent it anyway and want me to pay return shipping on both. Buyer beware.
