We have been working with Burd Home Health on the NYS CDPAP program for a number of years. We are more than satisfied with their service. We understand the company to be based on Christian principles; and from our experience, it has lived up to that. The Care Manager and other staff are kind, personable, efficient, and have demonstrated repeatedly that they truly DO have our best interests at heart. We have shifted from one fiduciary company to another in order to get the best provision for both patient and personal assitan. But, we have stayed with Burd for our home health care provider for the whole of our care-giving experience, because they have been absolutely excellent in every way.

I have been working with the Burd Agency for almost a year now, while helping out my brother The training they provided when we started was very comprehensive and gave us everything we needed to start. The managers have always been responsive and have answered our questions in a timely manner and have been very flexible in working with us. It has been a very positive experience all around.

Burd Home Health is the best home service providers in the State. Our community needs these types of agencies that allows family to take care of their love ones in the comfort of their own homes. It allows the care giver to be able to stay financially stable while taking care of their disable love ones. I myself use to work in facilities, where I seen so many of our elderly and disabled people miss treated and abused to the point I no longer wanted to be in the field. Burd Home Health gives me and my love ones the opportunity to make sure they are being taken care of properly. I work with a friends father as an aide/ caretaker. My experience with Burd has been excellent! The app used for clocking in/out is easy. The app gives great information about your pay, overtime, etc. Ive also found dealing with the staff exceptional. Always friendly and ready to help or answer questions etc. I look forward to continuing working with them.

We switched to Burd from another CDPAP agency because of ongoing issues we were having, and we couldnt be happier with the change. We are quite pleased with Burd and truly feel they are there for us and will help in any way they can. I appreciate how Mason has been extremely responsive (and patient) whenever we have contacted him and has quickly addressed any timesheet issues Ive encountered. Whereas the previous agency required me to have a set schedule, Burd allows me to be flexible each week, so I can fit my hours around my familys and my moms schedule. I can honestly say that Burd has made it much easier for me to care for my mother.

Since 2015 my mother has had a CDPAS. From 2015 until 3 weeks ago between payroll issues and dealing with inconsistencies from her prior payroll company. From the time I made my first phone call to Burd and spoke with Mason it was LITERALLY a breath of fresh air! He was not only very helpful in answering all of my questions, but also very reassuring addressing all concerns I had. Topping it off with being able to take care of everything virtually. This company deserves every bit of 5 stars! I will highly recommend them to everyone!

The CPAP program is an integral part of the health care system. Unlike traditional PCA/HHA programs where theres a scheduling coordinator, CDPAP puts the control of the clients care in the clients hands. When a care team is great with their clients as well as their employees, the quality of life for both parties involved increases ten fold. Burd Home Health accomplishes both of these components. To take that support from the client would set health care back and take the control out of the clients hands.

So far I am really impressed Mason even gets back to me on the weekends to help with paperwork.
