I called ahead of time about a certain price match I was trying to do, was told one thing and when I got to the store I was told something completely different. Not by 1 unknowledgeable employee but by several. Managers,supervisor,and sales. I was there for over an hour trying to teach them their own companys price match policy thats listed right on the sight. Needless to say I was more than upset and ended up leaving with nothing but wastes energy,time,and gas. FYI everyone should be knowledgeable about the store they work for, policies. Called customer service to confirm they just didnt want to do the price match and werent telling me truthful things. Of coarse they are suppose to price match an app it says it in the policy!

They show a Graco pack and play for a good price no where in the ad does it say for dolls only. It talks about baby this and baby that. What a bad joke. Only offered money back on a store card. Ill never shop at toys r us again

Each time I shop here, I am amazed at the level of disinterest in the employees. Once again, I was on my own for a search. I purchased multiple items. Liz checked me out and was very nice. But yesterday I needed to make a return, and Maggie was not. No smile, did not ask me how I wanted my credit back, dumped money in my hand like it came from her own pocket, and walked away. She needs to find a new job...and certainly not in a fun toy store.

They were really helpful and all of the back to school stuff is currently 50% off.

Good place for toys

Its a good toy store, but the plaza it is in is really sketchy. There are holes in the facade and the outer appearance is that the store is a run down piece of junk. Inside isnt awful though.

They could use some more staff as I always have a difficult time cashing out. Store is usually fully stocked with what I am looking for.

Went shopping for my granddaughter and I couldt find the exact Barbie she want for her birthday. One of the workers, Ben, helped me out and ordered the doll since it wasnt in stock. She just got it on Saturday and she loves it. Thank you for going the extra mile.

I wish there was a no star option very unhappy with this store called before I went to make sure they had what I wanted I was told that the $99 pool I was looking for was in stock and they had plenty of them got there only to find out they had none of them in stock and wound up spending over $300 for the only one they did have in stock

Got a good deal because theyre going out of business I guess theyre closing their doors.

The customer service manager at branch 654 Hylan Dr, Rochester, NY 14623, is discriminating and speaks badly to customers, she really has very bad customer service, I really understand why the store has had to close, because they were not evaluating the employees before employing them, it is a pity that they have to close because it really was one of my favorite stores to buy toys, normally I used to do online shopping, very few times in the stores, but it took me such a bad experience when I had to talk to the manager, and only at that moment attended to two people in front of me who spoke equally badly.
