The guys in the service department went out of their way to be helpful. Chris was especially friendly, getting a company van and giving me a ride to my motel when I couldnt get an Uber. And when I left a bag in the can, he brought it right back to my motel. Great personal service!

Not all Freightliner repair centers are created equal....these guys are outstanding! I just spent $2600 on an after treatment system issue less than 3 days ago at another location out West, I didnt even make it 600 miles before I had check engine lights and power loss. Today, 1200 miles from home the Stop engine light came on and maxed me out at 5mph. Time for a tow and to deal with another shop, can be down right frustrating, borderline scary. But the guys at Syverson were awesome and professional throughout the afternoon and had me on the road again 3hrs later, for a lot less $....thanks guys, Im very happy

The best freightliner dealer Ive been in period. Resolved my issue within 2 hrs and that was a def wiring issue and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. Ive been to many other dealers around the country with far easier problems, usually sitting for days and not always getting it fixed. Great customer service,friendly, accommodating and great deals on parts, which led me to buy more parts from them, Ive been meaning to buy anyway, but decided to get it from them. Will definitely come back.

Overall a great place to get your truck serviced and get quality truck parts. Except for two employees I have delt with. One Steve a service writer. He is very belligerent towards customers, he yells at customers and disrespects them. The other employee is named Bear. He is not very knowledgeable, he tends to ignore customers, and is very lazy. He will go out of his way to not wait on a customer. The maintenance staff however makes up for these substandard employees, they are very knowledgeable and can fix most any truck. I have found the syverson delivery drivers are pleasant and hard workers. Overall a great place to do business with. If it wasnt for the two above named employees, I would rate this business at 100 percent.

Great people we were coming back after just getting loaded and we had a headlight out and realize our reefer belt was broken they were right on the job and everything went perfect are home alone was going to be done for or we would have to take it back but the boys did the job and were up and running great place highly recommended than anybody in the area or out of the area theyre the ones

Took my Dodge in because it was making a ticking noise while running. Said they’d look at it in a couple of hours and call us. 24 hours later we had to call them, said they said they even hadn’t looked at it yet. An hour later they called back and said they couldn’t find anything wrong. Really?
