City Blue Imaging dry-mounted photographs for me for an art exhibition. The work was excellent. The second time I needed work dry-mounted for and exhibition I took the photographs to a local office supply store, because they were closer and I expected them to be less expensive. A big mistake. The office supply store didnt follow my instructions and butchered foam core board. I had reprint, at considerable expense, the photographs. The reprinted photographs were taken to City Blue and again, they were mounted perfectly. Every print was exactly the same size and the foam core board looked like it had bee cut with a laser. The price for a perfect City Blue dry-mounting as less than the price charged by the office supply store. City Blue turned the work around quickly and on-time. The counter people were nice to deal with and they were knowledgeable. I will never take my photos anywhere else to be mounted. I am their customer for life.

I was prospecting owner Mark Cleary regarding business and asked him if he would like me to generate a proposal. He agreed, and for several months following, has never responded to my requests for a follow-up meeting. I have received excuse after excuse by his staff that Mark has told them to tell me. I have no problem with someone not wanting to do business with me. What I find extremely unprofessional is Mark wasting my time. As a professional, I would never disrespect someone with lack of communication. I would share with them that yes, Im interested in doing business with you, or that Im no longer interested. I believe I saw at least one other review here, regarding lack of communication from this company. I would never do business with someone, or an organization like this.

With a new online art store, we were looking for a second tier producer of our goods. We sell obscure classic pulp art prints and asked them for a price on a series of 24 x 36 color prints. The price from City Blue was 6 times higher than the current producer of our products. When we asked why, they answered that the price of the technology needed to do the printing was high.

Mark & the team at City Blue Imaging always deliver quality work in a timely fashion ... not that we would ever throw last minute rush jobs at them!! ;)
