Very unique and adorable shop, so many things to want here! Great place to find a perfect gift for the bird, garden, outdoors, or pet lover... a tad pricey for bird seed/products, but understably so as this is a small, local business.Definitely worth checking out!!!

As a frst time visitor, I was very impressed and excited! I had a lot of fun looking at everything and fantasizing about making utopian bird housing setup at my home. Highly recommend a visit, even if you dont intend on buying anything yet.

Local owned shop; from the outside it looked like a business that sold birds/bird accessories, however it is much more. They do not sell birds, they sell bird houses, food, accessories, and other lawn and garden items. A nice surprise on their website is information link. Can learn about birds and other things right on the link. It is locally owned and operated - for those who like to support their community. I like small businesses that are knowledgeable in their niche, that is not the same/found in the major chains.

The staff is extremely helpful. They have a great selection of merchandise. They have a lot of very interesting finds. A must visit!

Hands down the friendliest helpful staff Ive ever interacted with. You can tell the people here love their jobs. Theyll help you with anything bird related. The lady gave me really good advice and really went above and beyond. They also had a very cute cat napping in store and lots of fun gifts for all ages!

This is an amazing store! I guarantee that they have something you will love, even if you are only a casual bird watcher, or just someone wanting to decorate your yard. Amazing selection of high quality stuff, 80% of it is related to birds bird feeding bird bathing bird watching bird learning. The other 20% is really cool outdoor decorative type stuff. Plus the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I could give this place 10 stars!

When I travel to Rochester from Roanoke, Indiana for work this shop is always on my list of shops to visit. I love the selection of garden decorations, hummingbird feeders, and beautiful gifts it offers. The store is set up with eye catching displays that make it hard to just get what you came for. The staff are warm hearted, friendly, and will drop whatever theyre doing to help. And, BONUS, no hovering or pressure selling. You just do your thing while they do their thing until you need assistance. I definitely recommend this place👍

The staff at The Birdhouse are so helpful, when I came in looking for a particular item they couldnt get it for me but they give me information where I could purchase it directly. I thought that was really nice since they could have tried to sell me something that they already had in stock. They were also really helpful in helping me select several different types of seed for the types of birds I was trying to attract. I will definitely return.

Searching for a squirrel-proof bird feeder was a breeze at The Bird House. While we found exactly what we needed it was only due to the very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Amazing selection of garden decor made our visit even more pleasant.

Wonderfully knowledgeable staff, and there is everything that you can imagine for attracting birds to your yard and even having some fun at the expense of a few squirrels. Some of their prices are rather high but others are reasonable. Like making any purchase its important to know your costs especially before making a larger purchase like a nice birdbath.

Im new to birdwatching and have been shopping at The Bird House for a couple of months. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and very helpful.
