They deal in stolen items, and they know it. We were robbed by someone doing work in our house who took the stolen jewelry here. Some of the items were engraved with our names, so you have to wonder if they bother to ask what the relation is to the person pawning. They are required to hold items for one week, and then they promptly melt them down so that they dont have to give up anything that is later claimed as stolen. We put a hold on our stolen items as soon as we knew they were missing, but it was a few days too late. It takes a few days to realize things are missing and to track them down at Leads online. One week is not fair to the people whose things are being stolen and pawned.

I went in for the first time to sell some gold rings. Got a very fair price. Customer service was great. Very friendly.

Sold some silver here and was out in 10 minutes. A bit under spot price, which is lame but they are a business so what can ya do. Have also sold them scrap jewelry in the past for a decent return.

Doesnt buy what he says, only bought my gold chain and without even looking at my gold ring and charms pushed it back to me and said not intrested. Needless to say I went up the street to the other pawn shop and they bought it immediately, needless to say I wont be going back to jewelry and coin exchange

Scammer avoid at all costs he has a history of doing scams and sending the wrong items to buyers or sending items to wrong address poor customer service also and over priced items also avoid buying anything he sent my swords to the wrong address ignored my msgs until I threatened to open a PayPal dispute he said he would refund me once swords were returned to him I had swords arranged by fed ex to be sent back to him he avoided fed ex because he doesnt want to refund me till this day I still havent gotten a refund

This guy doesnt seem to realize what it takes to be a business person. When someone is handing you their hard-earned money it is up to YOU to smile, say please and thank you, and be polite.After spending tens of thousands of dollars in this store, with my silver and gold investing, the jack*** owner thinks he can act impolite and still take your money. As a business owner myself when I am working for someone I am as polite as can be because I am taking there money. Even my mother after encountering these people twice requested I never go back.Take your valuable money elsewhere.

I took my daughters gold charm that was given to her for her baptism there to be fixed. And they supposedly lost it. I truly believe that one of the women there loved it because it was very rare and kept it for themselves. Because they asked me where I purchased it when I dropped it off . Very slimey move! It was a very sentimental gift and irreplaceable.

I have known the owner for 30 years nobody in the business is more consistently fair and honest in there dealings. If you want to get a fair price for valuable items this is the best store to go to.

Although the staff here are very polite and I was able to get my engagement ring resized in about an hour or so, I noticed a few minutes after we left that there were scratches and gouges all around the band that were very obvious. I did not notice this initially due to only being concerned with the fit.While I was immediately invited back to fix it when I called to inform them that they scratched my ring and it was then buffed out - I am still confused and disappointed that they would cause damage and not notice what happened before they gave it back the first time.The ring has lost quite a bit of its white gold look due to having to be buffed and will have to be re-dipped already - and Ive only had it for a few months.I hope they learned to pay closer attention to their work and unfortunately I will not be using their services again.
