I just bought a 34 inch Exmark zero turn and had a very good experience with Brodner from the start to the delivery of the machine, it started with some e-mails with Tim, tho the purchase with Mike and the financing and delivery schedule with Betty, to the delivery of the unit with Cory.Everyone there is super friendly and helpful unlike some other places i visited, would not hesitate to buy there again or refer anyone there and hopefully i wont have to buy for a long time.

Contacted Brodner Mower in the morning 9:30AM with in an hour AN HOUR!!!! they sent a truck and picked it up. Called me in a few hours with it straitened out. Installed some accessories at an even fairer price. Had my machine back by 4:30PM THAT SAME DAY!!!! Manufactures / Assembly lines make mistakes. Local hometown Businesses straiten out the factory mistakes and Brodner Mower leads the field. From the Sales to the Service and the man who shuffled the machine around TOP NOTCH GREAT JOB!!! I recently got a twig jammed between the air filter and carburetor on my Honda mower. After that the mower was running really choppy. Took it to Brodner and Travis had it figured out in a couple of minutes. I basically slightly stretched the sensitive governor spring. He tweeked it and sent me on my way. They are honest, knowledgeable, friendly and simply put provide good old fashioned service thats hard to come by these days. Thank you to the Brodner family and employees for always providing me and my family such excellent service.

I recently purchased a Honda HRX mower. The salesperson was knowledgeable but not overly friendly. A few days later when I picked up the mower, it was absolutely pouring rain. The service person directed me to pull up to another building where he provided as very through explanation of the features on the mower. The price was actually lower than Amazon and I love the cut the Honda mower provides!!

Very helpful, prices are very reasonable, here is an example. I bought a deck belt i think its called for my Honda Harmony rider. It lasted 4 years i keep all my paperwork, when it was time to buy another one a few weeks ago it was the same price.

Ive had 2 separate experiences with Brodner mower and both of them were terrible. My first time here the counter man talked to me like I was a complete retard, and it was very clear that I was wasting his time. Silly women, they dont know anything about anything, right? Well Im also petite, and no one even bothered to help me lift the damn thing back into my car when I picked it up, they just watched me struggle with it on my own.My second experience: My mower had quit in the fall, and when I called Brodner the miserable guy on the phone said to bring it in the springtime. So I waited​ and called in the spring, and then he (once again) talked to me like I was an idiot and said why didnt you bring it in in the fall?... Again. Silly, dumb woman. (I wonder if they talk to their male customers that way too? Hm) He told me they could repair it but it would be weeks. Then when I did bring it in, they sent me away because they were too busy and couldnt be bothered with my little push mower.People, do yourselves a favor and go to Wehner mower. Their staff is incredibly pleasant, informative and helpful. I had my mower back in 2 weeks, it runs and looks brand new, and the sweet old man next door let me pet his dog.

Bought a Husqvarna LTH17538 riding mower from here. Mike the salesman could not have been more professional. He explained everything to me, found the right equipment I was interested in, and set me up with financing at 24 mos no interest. All of this in the first 15 minutes I was in the store. The scheduled delivery date was delayed because of a defect in the mower. Mike called to tell me that he might get the mower by the weekend. When it did not come, he actually mowed my lawn for me while we waited for the mower to come. This is the utmost business standard so appallingly lacking today. Mikes accommodation has set the standard for me. They have earned my trust. The delivery man went over everything with me to make sure I knew how to operate the mower before he left. I recommend Brodner.

Told me I need a commercial mower for an acre lawn. Lied about features on the mower I wanted to try to sell a twice as expensive off name brand commercial mower.

Needed a wheel for the front of my zero turn. Was told they had it. I politely asked if I drive the hour to get there with just the wheel and tire can you swap my tire over while I wait. I was told no. We need it for a day. So 4 hours of driving for a 20 minute job? Thanks for the great service!

Fantastic place to purchase equipment! Tim and his crew are top notch. During my search for a debris loader they were the only dealer out of those I contacted to actually give me a reply after an online inquiry (and very quickly too). After waiting and getting no reply from other dealers, or lackluster attitudes, I decided to make the purchase with Brodner.This is where they really shined for me. I made the initial inquiry for financing and had that set up beforehand. It was a 3 hour round trip for me so I really didnt feel like waiting around while everything was prepped or whatnot. As soon as I got there Tim greeted me by name. We quickly checked out the debris loader while the paperwork was getting put together. We came back into the store and I sat down for maybe 2 minutes with some signatures. I drove back to the barn and got loaded up and was on my way. I may have been there 15 minutes at most.When I got home I noticed one small issue with a part. Again, a quick email and they offered to drop off a new part when they made a trip up my way in the next few days. I mean that is customer service!This was my first experience in purchasing with Brodner, although Ive heard the name. They far exceeded expectations. Check them out if you need outdoor power equipment. You wont be disappointed.

Just bought a Honda push mower from them yesterday. Price as good as what I could find online. They put it together for me within 5 min, filled it with oil and gas and registered it with Honda. Very helpful and did not try to up sell me. Great experience, much better than a big box store. Easy process as opposed to Home Depot or Lowes where you buy something than wait around 30 min to get checked out and loaded up.

I stopped in there the other day looking to buy a mower for my new house. I had an idea what I was looking for but was kind of stuck between a few models. When I went in looking for information and pricing the sales person brought me right to a mower that was out of my budget. Leading up to this point the sales person was very nice and helpful. Once I mentioned that the mower was too much and I was looking for something cheaper, I lost all interest and received the cold shoulder the rest of my visit. I seemed like I was an annoyance to them. Yes Im not buying a commercial mower and your not going to be getting as much commission from me, but maybe in the future I would buy a larger mower, snow blower, weed Wacker or refer others. Not anymore. I gave my business to a competitor 45 minutes away because they treated me right no matter what I was buying. Being kind to the customer is a very big thing for me and I will not tolerate it and will go somewhere else till I get good customer service. I will use the competitor any day and will not look at Brodner mower again.

Im always reading reviews prior to making a big purchase. I seen a few here that customer service sucked. Ill tell ya right now them customers must have sucked! I just purchased a artic cat wildcat from here. The guys went out of their way to get it loaded, and secured on my truck. I never once was asked for a non refundable down payment like all the other dealers were asking for. Mind you, I live 200 miles from them. He took my word and kept his. Everything about my experience here was perfect!

I just bought a new honda mower on line last month and found it needed an adjustment to the auto blade stop feature. i tried a couple other honda service dealers but they said i would have to leave the mower for 2 to 3 weeks before they could get to it. Brodner told me it would take about a week but had it done in 2 days, so even though they are a lot further from my house i will be using them for my service, and would highly recommend them over the other honda dealers.

I purchased a Honda mower at Home Depot two seasons ago. I have had repeated problems getting it to start up after the first few mowings. I had brought it initially to Victor Power Equipment several times, who were unable to correct the issue, despite charging me labor fees even though the new mower was still supposedly covered by its warranty. I finally got smart and took it to Brodner Equipment on Lyell Ave. Had I known initially that Brodner was the same business/owner as the old Brooks-Gravely business that we used to use in Henrietta years ago, I would have purchased/serviced my mower there from the get go. Brodner quickly and expertly diagnosed the problem as a recall issue, fixed it and charged me nothing, not even a labor charge! They honor their warranty work and the best I can do to show my appreciation is to sing their praises here with a glowing review. I will NEVER go to another mower repair/equipment company again as long as Brodner is in business. They are well worth the trip to Lyell Avenue, even from the opposite side of town! Thank you Brodner!!!
