Kurt goes above & beyond to help his customers. Receptionists are very friendly also. Great place to get great service.

The testing was.easy.The Beltone rep did a wonderful job of explaining everything from the testing results to the different models of hearing aids. Now I have a big decision to make.

I have been bringing my mother-in-law to this place for three years. We have always been treated with respect, and friendliness. They go above and beyond to make sure her hearing aids are maintained and working.It is a convenient location, with a lovely parking lot.

I have been wearing 2 aids since 2009. I bought my first aids at Belt one. They are wonderful people and treat me like family. They are serious about fitting you with the best aids for your life style. And I have been very satisfied with mine. They changed MTV life. Live them.

Took my elderly father to see Kurt Baumgartner at Beltone today in Rochester MN. He was very helpful, professional and got my dad’s hearing aid changed from one ear to the other after he lost hearing totally in one ear. He also lost the aid for his “good” ear so hence the changing of the hearing aid. My dad is very thankful he can hear again and Kurt was very patient going over all that he needed to know with the instructions and to call him if he had any issues!

Having moved out of Rochester, we had to go to the Albert Lea Beltone office for hearing aid repairs. We could not find the business. We asked 7 business people in 3 businesses if they knew where it was, no one had heard of it. There is not sign, & most of the businesses & houses in Albert Lea dont bother putting house numbers on the buildings. We had driven 1 & 1/2 hours to get there & never could we find where it was. Therefor I was never able to meet with Kurt. This is no acceptable. I am so upset I will be going back to wearing my old hearing made by Phonek.
