Hello,I was at Hearing Help today and was fortunate enough to meet the marvelous Mrs. Melissa Carvin. From the very instant I started speaking with her she was absolutely accommodating, kind and made me feel very comfortable. Melissa is a blessing to your Greece office. Her accuracy and knowledge regarding the parts of the hearing aide was explained in simple terms which made me feel totally content.Im really looking forward to seeing Melissa again in September 2021. They are very friendly and explain every step as you go. Are very willing and able to explain any questions you might have and will share results with you, your primary physician and any family members you wish. They also do not push product on you that you do not need, which is very refreshing! This was an overall pleasant experience.

Very friendly atmosphere, I was kinda apprehensive about what would happen, very informative and was put at ease. Found out my hearing was worse than I thought, and left there very comfortable with the decision I had made to get hearing aids. Now I cant wait to get them.

I think the tests and interview following the test made me more aware of my hearing problem then when I had entered. I did not think hearing aids would a financial possibly for me. However I was provided wrong and will start hearing again next Monday. Thank you to everyone that made this possible.

I cannot say enough about my experience at the Hearing Help facility in Greece. It might be tricky to find as it is around the west side of the building in Ridgemont Plaza, but well worth your effort. I didn’t believe I had hearing loss until my sons and husband started teasing me about what I was saying or the volume of the tv! It was suggested that I get a hearing test. I went to Hearing Help (then part of Zounds). A wonderful world opened up! My new Starkey Halos are FANTASTIC! I can adjust them for outdoors to get rid of the wind whistling. If I’m in a restaurant, I can adjust them to block out the noise around me and just focus it on those at the table! Listening to music is super, you can actually hear different instruments. I can’t believe how comfortable and easy to wear my hearing aids are, plus they’re so small people don’t even know I wear them! Chris, the audiologist, is knowledgeable, patient and can adjust my hearing aids to meet MY needs. Don’t be afraid to stop in and just talk with them. Michele, the receptionist, is always happy and helpful.
