We had some unforeseen issues on our install but the installers were great, professional and clean. Tom helped me and answered all my questions through the process and everyone through the remainder of the install went above and beyond.

We had a Majestic Fireplace gas insert bought and installed from Miller Brick today. Mike the installer and his guys did an excellent job. Mike had went thru step by step instructions with us and answered every question I had to ask. Mike and his guys were very knowledgeable had the instal completed in a couple of hours had everything picked up and even saved us a little money.Great job and we would recommend them.

Our gas fireplace was not working and the company we originally purchased the insert from when we built our house is no longer in business. After doing some research and making some calls, I was referred to Miller Brick. The service-- from my initial call, to scheduling, to the person who came to our house to do the service, was exceptional! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Our fire place was cleaned and the problem was resolved quickly. I hope we dont need another repair anytime soon, but I hope to work with them again. I highly recommend Miller Brick Co.!

Scheduled a consultation with them because they were highly recommended for the type of project I needed done. My appointment was rescheduled last minute, but I was understanding despite how rude Connie was. She gave me a potential new date, that was never confirmed. I called the day of to make sure I was on their schedule (half an hour after my appointment time) which I was and shortly after Tom arrived. He was very professional and polite, took pictures and measurements. We discussed a potential insert, however, my fireplace is very narrow and it wasnt promising. Tom was upfront and honest about it, but said hed do some research and worst case scenario, send me a quote for just the removal of the unsightly existing metal unit. 3 weeks go by, Ive heard nothing. Once again, understanding that it was the holidays, I reached out via email. As expected, he was unable to find an insert. When I asked about the removal of the metal unit, it was suddenly something that they ONLY do if they were to build me a new gas fireplace. Absolutely NOT what we discussed. I told him during the consultation that I didnt want to do that due to the size of the room and how far it would have to be built out. If my project wasnt worth the companys time, I should have been told that at the consultation instead of being blown off. Very poor communication and poor customer service.

Worst customer service, if i could give them zero stars I would!

This company is a joke. I normally dont do this but when a company does this I just need to share it with everyone. So I paid $162 to have a tech come out and do a clean and inspection on my gas fireplace, he said everything was good to go and safe to run. 2 days later I smell gas in the house call out RGE they find a leak. Call miller brick that day to request someone to come out and repair it. So Im then quoted a price of $225 for valve and $75 for labor to install, I mention a tech was just out 2 days ago and said everything is good why should I have to pay $ 75 for them to come out when they were just here but I was told they couldnt waive the labor fee because they would of charged me that if it was found the leak first time they came out. So they come and install the valve took them maybe 20 mins to install the guy hands me a bill for $375 with the valve being priced at $275 and $75 install plus tax. So not only do I have to pay for a 20 min install but the price of the valve is now $50 more then original price but its already installed in my house. After speaking with someone back at the main office they said theres nothing they can do but if I want they can speak to the owner on the matter. 3 hrs later they call me back after speaking with the owner he said he would drop the price to $351. This company is a joke, I highly recommend to skip over this company
