I am starting a cleaning business and needed a good commercial grade vacuum cleaner. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I am very pleased with the service that I received and wanted to shop local!

I recommend purchasing a vacuum from A-1 in Rochester, MN. I did quite a bit of research on line and read many reviews. The staff in the store have knowledge above what you can find online and were able to answer all my questions. There are also different packages and options available at the store than online and the deals are definitely worth it. Plus you can also test out what you’re buying right there before you buy it. Best of all you’ll be supporting a local, small business. I’ve already used the new Miele canister and we love it.

Sent an email with some of my parameters and they responded immediately with a suggested model. Luckily, they were familiar with our space and new exactly what would work for us! Mitch brought the vacuum to me to see it in person, explained how it worked and outlined the features. I wrote a check and he delivered a new one to us that same day! This is why you support local shops - you cant get that level of service anywhere else!

I was very impressed that A-1 All Brand Vacuums was able to service my 30 year old Princess lll canister vacuum. They have a wide variety of high quality vacuums on display in their shop. I expressed an interest in learning about some of the vacuums that I was not familiar with. Mitch Bunne clearly had a wealth knowledge about each brand. There was no attempt made to sell me a new vacuum. The Riccar Supralite stood out as a machine that perfectly fit my particular needs.A trip to A-1 All Brands Vacuums should be high on anyones list for a repair and/or a purchase. You will leave educated about your own machine or one that you might be thinking about purchasing.

If you have not had your vacuum professionally serviced in a while, take it here!!! I cant begin to tell you the difference an inexpensive $40.00 tune-up made with my vacuum. Excellent job! I would and will refer everyone I know to you. AMAZING difference!

I had a clogged vacuum. I brought it here after seeing all the 5 star reviews and I was definately impressed that he unclogged it for free. The gentleman who unclogged our vacuum was fast about it and friendly.I also took a quick look around the store and it looked like he had a pretty great selection of vacuum for sale and even had them setup for demonstration purposes. For what I assume is a local mom and pop store, the selection seemed pretty great.I honestly think if I am in need of a new vacuum, I would come here first. You cant beat local businesses for service and you support the community by shopping here.Definately recommended!

Great service, reasonable prices, would definitely use again and recommend them to my Friends. I took my Dyson Hand vac in and they fixed it for $30. I was ready to spend about $200 or more on a new one, but these guys fixed it for a fraction of the cost.

I have been a customer here for years. I have ALWAYS had stellar service at this local father and son owned shop. Why buy your vacuum and accessories from here? When you buy from a big box store no one is there for you when you need help. Whether it is a bouncy ball stuck in your hose or you need to rent a carpet cleaner for cheap these guys are here to help. Just another reason to shop local!

I went in the the store, the gentleman working was very helpful and gave me more information about vacuums and how they work and what not and what to do with certain kinds.. he disposed of my vacuum that no longer worked and provided a good deal on a vacuum at the store.. it hasnt even been 24 hours and i have already recommend these services to family members. its my new go-to. Fantastic staff. I thought it would take a week for my Dyson to be maintenanced and cleaned. They had it done in a day and a half! I couldnt be happier!! I’ve been going to A-1 for almost 22 years and they have never let me down! They do fantastic work on repairs (my Oreck was refurbished and it works as if it was brand-new even 8 years later!) and the service is friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and, honestly, the vacuums and service is worth every penny.

A1 is such an impressive small business. I bought a brand new Miele just under a year ago from them. They were honest and fair. They suggest a vacuum perfect for our needs and did not push high priced models. I recently had a warranty issued and they addressed it in a professional and timely manor. Had a 5 star experience at A-1 Vacuums. Needed a repair on our specialty Dyson vacuum and they handled everything with amazing customer service and expertise I would go back there in a heart beat.

Very knowledgeable, and friendly, gave a free estimate on repair for our old Dyson found that it cost more to repair than its worth. The salesman then showed us a wide variety of vacuums and let us try them out. Answered every question we had we told them we had pets, kids, and we told them floor surfaces of our home. I would definitely recommend this store. Dont waste your time at Target or Walmart wondering what vacuum is good and what isnt. Go here and try them out on a wide variety of floor surfaces for yourself before buying.

I have used A-1 vacuums for almost 10 years. I have been using the same simplicity vacuum since it was purchased there almost 10 years ago. I have an in home daycare so I use it daily! I have had it serviced and cleaned a few times over the years and it still works great! No pressure, reliable and knowledgeable sales! I wont buy a vacuum anywhere else!

I have had my vacs repaired at A-1 for many years. They never try to sell me something I dont want and they have always done my repairs in a timely manor for a reasonable price. They even carry the supplies I need for my shampooer ! They are all so friendly and aware of the products and services they offer. I dont go anywhere else to have my vacs and shampooer serviced - why would I ? They take care of me like Im family.

I recently purchased a used handle for an old Electrolux canister vacuum. ( the vacuum itself is over 40 years old so finding parts is a challenge). I could not find just the handle on line, only the hose assembly for around $100. He charged me $23 for the handle which I thought was a fair price. I was tickled pink to find this store, by accident as I was driving by, and found out it is an Excellent place to do business. When my Electrolux finally bites the dust, Ill shop here for a new one!

Just brought a Miele after having a Dyson for 12 years. with 2 dogs and 6 cats the Miele out did the Dyson. I told Tom what I was looking for and he showed me what they had. No sales pressure . They stayed in my price range.Even suck up a cat toy the Miele had the red light go off shut it off got the cat out hit the reset and I was on my way. The tools were simple to change out . the cord is long enough I can do 639 square foot are without unplugging. Called anther vacuums stores.I decided A-1 had the best prices and did not try to steer me in one direction like the other store did.Great job A-1. Thank you I vacuum everyday.
