I work down the street from gs. They were nice and helpful when i was there the first time and purchased an expensive press. The second time i just needed a crystal and was treated horribly. The owner acted like a stressed out mess and treated me like a nuisance. Very unprofessional. I was actually surprised how rude she was so i grabbed my watches and rushed out of there. If my order was too small and not worthwhile she could have been a bit more cavalier about it.
