Went in for a inspection. They were very thorough, which is great because being only on 2 wheels, I want to be safe. The rub was it was costly. Lol. But the prices were very reasonable. And they got me right in which is great because other bike shops are weeks out fir tires and or repair. Thanks guys.

They are always jam packed but always seem to have the job done before expected...Covid has impacted part availability however,,,, Laura the service manager 99.99999% of the time pull a rabbit out of one of her MANY hats. I was interested in a particular model bike that turned out to be far harder to find than expected. After searching multiple dealers in my area I expanded my search and landed at cycle stop. Living more than 5 hours away the staff was great in setting me up for success from a distance. Nick from sales and the sales manager Jim were both awesome. The process was quick and painless. While the entire purchasing process was actually pretty great, dealing with them after purchase was a complete nightmare. I bought a used bike with 14k miles. I took it just as they were closing on a Saturday. I was given a 30 day warranty, and began having problems immediately. When I reached out to them, I was told they would get back to me within a few days. It was 3 weeks before I actually got to talk to someone about my issues. At that point, I was told they would schedule a time to get me in there and address my issues. When I got there, all but 2 of my concerns were ignored. As I left, I was told that the service manager had to reach out to Harley about one of the concerns, and she would be calling me Tuesday to let me know about that, and set up a time to get me in for the only other issue they were addressing. Tuesday came and went. I called that Thursday and was put on hold forever, and eventually hung up. When I called back, I was able to talk to the sales manager who got me to the service manager. Very long story short, 3 months after buying the bike I was given the option to BUY a rear tire at a discount. When I declined, I was given a tire to put on myself. None of my other issues were taken care of. I will NEVER step foot in this dealership again, nor will any of my brothers.

I wish their sales manager has some manners of talking to the customers, its very disappointing to see someone in that position talk to a potential customer so rudely and hang up the call.Ive called in today morning (09/18/2020) to enquire about 2018 Bonneville bobber and trying to negotiate the price, with a mind set of a normal customer, which is keeping in mind the end of season and that its a 2 year old motorcycle and the sales manager happened to ask me a price that I would buy it for today and I said 10grand and the reaction from the sales manager was very disappointing and unprofessional.I understand that everyone is going through an economical crisis but you cant rub it on your customers whos trying to negotiate on a price. I hope you guys work to improve your customer relationship management and not loose a potential customer in future like today. Good luck 👍

They have a great selection of harley davidson gear but prices are steep compared to other dealerships I have been in.

Jim was great to work with. He gave me a great deal on the bike I wanted and got me an interest rate 4% less than what I was finding at regional banks and credit unions. The overall sales experience was laid back. I’ve also had my other bike serviced here over the years and they’ve done a great job at a fair price. I highly recommend Cycle Stop for any of your motorcycle needs or wants.

I came back an hour and half later to make the deal. And just to make things harder I asked for the delivery date to be the next day. This was a challenge on such short notice. Everyone worked hard to make it happen! I picked up the bike on Saturday afternoon, and it was ready to go! I just love my new bike. Thanks Cycle Stop. I couldnt have had a better experience.

YIKES... Was sold a helmet and was told I could get the smoke visor for it that they knew I wanted. After checking online with no luck I went back into the store to order directly from there. They cant get it and cant do returns due to covid even though they let me try the helmets all on when I first bought it.The lady named Jay at the counter told me they will eventually come back in stock and that I need to play the waiting game. After leaving and speaking to 4 more shops, they all told me the helmet and visor was discontinued with an inactive part number and they wont ever go back into production. After going back into the store I asked to speak to a manager and the lady Jay told me there was not one at the location and that it was just her.I saw a gentlemen in an office right next to her desk and asked her who that was. She told me it was the store owner. I went to speak to him and he was of no help, didnt seem to care about my situation, faked a phone call to stop talking to me, then raised his voice at me asking me to leave.Im new to motorcycling and this was my first helmet purchase. The Cycle Stop, their employees, and most of all their owner left a very bad taste in my mouth and would encourage all potential customers to go to a shop who cares about their customers.

I got my first motorcycle here, the 2019 Honda Rebel 300. James McDaniel was so amazing, he helped me find a bike that fit me and would work the best for what I wanted to use it for. Bought a new 2018 heritage classic,I replaced the bars,riser,exhaust,intake,tuner,full suspension,I needed the work done last minute,i stressed the importance of needing my bike done almost immediately(3 days) they had it done in 2 exactly how I wanted it. Everyone from sales to parts to service is A+ over there,don’t hesitate to stop in.

First time here. Dropped off Triumph Storm for ready to ride and rear brake service. Everyone I spoke with was friendly. Lots of super sexy bikes on the showroom floor. Very large place. Spacious service center. Courteous employees. Felt like bike was in good hands when I left. Update... Picked bike up the next day. Happy with service and price. Honest.

Overall a great shop but I felt the need to reduce my rating from 5 to 4 stars after my experience when bringing my motorcycle into their service shop. The bike was stored there for the winter which is a nice service they offer.Two days after I picked the bike up the battery died. I called and they reported the battery had been charged over the winter but then said it only had 10% life left and shouldve been replaced. They did offer to come pick the bike up free of charge and gave me the winter rate for the labor of installing a new battery which I was pleased about.However when going to pick up the bike after the battery replacement, the battery had already died again. A tech had left the key in the ignition in the on position, draining the new battery fully. I had to wait while they put another battery.Everyone was very friendly throughout the process and the prices arent outrageous, but the service department seemed unorganized. Will still shop here in the future but will probably seek service elsewhere.

I inquired (on a Sunday night) via email about the availability of a bike thet they showed as in inventory on their website, apparently they sold it that following Tuesday (closed Mondays). I never heard back from them, I had to look on their website that Tuesday evening to see the status was changed to sold. My disappointment is simply that they did not respond at all, they could have at a minimum responded with that bike is sold but we have another bike in stock that may interest you. I have never bought a bike from them due to their pricing / lack of customer attention but I was very interested in this particular bike / color combo and it was the only one left locally. I always drove 20 minutes further to see the next closest dealer - he actually responds to inquiries, is friendly and saves me money when I buy my bikes / ATVs (9 so far). I did wind up finding the same bike / color at another dealer out near Buffalo, this one has ABS and is still cheaper! I had to drive an hour and a half to get it, but that was part of the buying experience. I know if they read this they wont give a damn... the same attitude they give you when you walk in their door.

Bought a brand new speed triple from them, was going to bring them the wheel off the bike to have a new tire installed, until the service guy said it would be $125.He then broke the pricing down while speaking to me like a 1st grader and struggled to justify $60....Needless to say i brought it to hollink honda, they provided the tire service for $25.Im loyal to shops that provide excellent service.The way the service guy spoke to me insured i will not step foot in that place again.

Went in there looking to buy a Harley Davidson trike, the salesman that we had was awesome showed us everything we needed to see and everything we needed to know about the trikes coming in all the way up to 2020.. after I looked at the beautiful trikes we walked over to look at helmets I picked up a gorgeous black and chrome half helmet and the sales girls came running like I was going to steal something please cycle stop teach your employees to treat people a little bit better,that destroyed the whole experience for me... I will never come in there to look at clothes helmets or boots again but I still am interested in your trikes..

Can’t leave behind the Ladies in the merchandise/clothing section, they have been great too.Also like the fact that management takes time to send personalized thank you, Birthdays and holiday cards. A nice big cycle shop with lots of variety for a shop in Rochester. They stock all the newest bikes like the redesigned Honda Rebel 500 starting when it came out.My only issue was that since its one of the only shops like it, it was hard to get a sales associates attention when I was looking for more information. It would have been nice to have someone walking around.Though the flip side of that argument is that there are no pressure salesman here and they let you check out the bikes in peace and at your own leisure.

Jim set up a test ride for me, as promised. Bike was ready to go when I arrived. No pressure. He was great and I really enjoyed speaking with him. Didnt end up buying the bike and he was fine with that. Very cool...

Legitimately the worst place to go for help on your bike. They’re thieves, claim you didn’t pay when you have receipts, have taken parts off my bike and claimed I never had them, and will scam you for every penny you have. Worst customer service ever.

Really bad experience here. Service is rude and untimely. Do yourself a favor and run far away. Check other sites for reviews. Unless youre a big harley Dude, youre not getting taken seriously here. Not to mention thier prices. Bought a brand new bike, was with their service department a month after purchase with only 600 miles and they didnt know what was wrong with it. Unknowledgable rude staff. This place is a money grab.

Large selection of bikes. Employees are nice but slightly pushy and seem to push customers towards specific types of bikes. They don’t necessarily seem to want to sell you the bike you want, but the bike they want to sell. Clean and well kept, average prices and they offer a military discount which is a nice touch.

I have purchased every motorcycle I have owned from Cycle Stop. Huge selection and great staff. The service department is always fast and thorough, I wouldnt trust anyone else to work on my bike.

I have been in this dealership a few times looking to purchase a bike. A friend told me this is the best place to go... I dont know when the last time my friend was in this place because it is nothing like he told me. No one greeted me or talked to me! My first visit to cycle stop the Triumph sales lady wouldnt even look at me! I walked back to the triumph clothing behind her desk thinking I would get her attention. I could see she was on Facebook. I said hi to her and she looked at me and smiled then went back to playing on Facebook! I left. 2 days later I went in because I saw online they got a Rocket GT in. Again this lady wouldnt even acknowledge me! She was playing on her cell phone this time. I walked around hoping another sales person would actually want to make a sale. I guess this place doesnt care about selling bikes. I left yet again. The following week I figured Id give this place one more shot. I walk in and figured I take a lap around the entire sales floor hoping someone who acknowledge me. This time a very nice lady near the Kawasaki bikes greeted me and seemed like she was ready to help me. I was very excited to finally be talking to someone here! I told her I was interested in the Rocket GT and she seemed very excited for me and knew a lot about the bike! She walked me over to it and we talked more about it. I asked her if we could sit down and start the paper work and she then said let me find you a salesperson.....My heart sank, I could have sworn with the amount of knowledge and excitement she had that she was a sales person. She was looking around but couldnt locate one. She told me they are probably out back and said she would run and grab one. She came back with no one. I didnt want to make her feel awkward and have her give me some lame excuse as to why I couldnt buy this bike right then so I walked out the door. I probably wont be back to Cycle stop. Seems the sales people care more about facebook and playing on their cell phones than they do about selling bikes. Maybe they should give the job to the the lady who was actually willing to help me and talk to me. She would make that business a lot of money.

I had a great experience buying my 2015 Road Glide, and they even stored my old bike until I could come back to get it. When I had trouble with the new bike 6 months later they were amazing! Laura really cared about my issue and made sure I got the help I needed right away. She was so patient and understanding. The sale is the easy part, but still caring and making things right after the fact is clutch! I dont live close, but I will definitely keep coming back. THANK YOU!

I simply came in to see what bikes they had in store and to see a Rebel in person. Didnt plan to shop around but man do they have a ton of bikes here for you to sit on and get a feel for. I didnt really interact with the staff and wish they approached customers more willingly but overall, the experience and atmosphere here was great.

I have done business with this business for quite a while I have read reviews that other people have left . I do not they think they are experienced in the bike world if anybody thinks they are too expensive they have not done their homework. They are very fair with their prices and they do excellent service work. I am picking up my third bike from them tomorrow and I am very pleased. If other people are not experienced in the Bike World they have not ever done business with the other ninety-nine percent of the people in the area. I will continue to do business with Cycle Stop of Rochester and I drive 72 miles to get there and bypass every dealer from my house to there. Cycle Stop is a very good dealership to do business with.

Cal the service writer explained everything I was getting for my first Triumph service over the phone and the Arron the technician went over everything with me again when I got there and explained further services I will be needing later in the bikes service intervals. The experience can be hit or miss with the service department. The crew in sale and parts do their level best to assist everyone... even when its busy. Yes, you might wait but they try to get you the best possible answers. Sometimes you can stand at the service desk for minutes without being acknowledged. Feedback can also be a little cryptic... with two or three people explaining the situation. I understand that they are working on orders but it would be nice to have someone simply say, well be with you in a moment or I dont know, but Ill find out. Being ignored happens more often with the manager than the main service desk attendant, who is often running between the service area and parts. Geeze... I know youre busy... but take the time to say welcome and well be with you Mr. Manager (guy with the tight t-shirts). The woman in service (Laura?), Is more attentive and customer focused than the guy

Very well and nice put together place but the outside might be intimidating but inside its truly a beauty with decent prices.

After going to nearly every motorcycle dealership to find the perfect motorcycle for my dad. We arrived at cycle stop and immediately met Dan who let my dad test ride 3 motorcycles in order to get the right fit. After my dad bought his bike from Dan, I bought another bike from Dan 2 days later. It was a very great experience and I could not ask for a better one. Communication was very good throughout the purchase. Communication has been an issue for us at other dealerships in the area. I am very satisfied with my motorcycle purchase from cycle stop as it was a great bike at a great price sold by a salesman (Dan) that made everything very straightforward and wanted to make sure we picked the right bikes for ourselves.

Nice showroom floor nice bikes but high prices and also not a ton of help if you dont know exactly what you were talking about. I wouldnt recommend it for beginners, short gruff mechanics. They like to not do work that will not cost a lot of money. Things like factory recalls.

Parts department was very helpful, Tim was great to work with... However, I went here for a helmet. Before I start, as a heads up, their selection is very limited. They didnt have a medium in the helmet that I wanted, so they placed an order. I was told at the time of purchase that my order would be ready for pickup in 3-5 days. I received a call today saying it was on back order and its more like 2-3 weeks. Im going to cancel my order and spend my money at a different Harley dealer. This place needs to get it together! I cant believe they didnt have the medium helmet in stock, theres no excuse for the lack of inventory.

By FAR the best in New York State ! I bought a $6000.00 bike from them and get treated like I purchased a Ferrari, I get personalized letters from Matt Keller at least twice a year. His customer service is off the charts, just know if you by ANYTHING from Cycle Stop you will be taken care of. I will never go anywhere else but here for my next toy, they have a customer for life.

I called cycle stop and ssked of they have a newer tire changing machine, one that doesnt touch the rim because I didnt want the rim scratched. They said yes, so I went there, handed them the rear wheel from my Suzuki Bandit, paid for my tire and change fee, and went back to work. Before I left, I specifically asked that a veteran mechanic or someone who really knows how to do these without scratching the wheel do the job. I came back to pick it up and it was all scratched, so I pointed out the scratches and they said it happens and refused to do anything about it. After i had called to ensure that they had the right machine and asked that a solid guy do the job...it happens. They knew I was super concerned about it getting scratched and they couldnt care less.IT HAPPENS??? Its a brand new bike, that was the first time the tire was changed..and its all scratched up!! Nothing I could do. Black sharpie helped a little but not really. What a joke!! Ill never go back to cycle stop.

Safety & Customer Service is a strong concern. Cycle Stop opened my fairing to install a hidden antenna. After I picked up my bike, I drove directly home and noticed a screw fall out. Upon further inspection, I was missing two fairing screws and had one in my hand. Thank god the fairing didnt totally come apart while I was driving. I contact the service manager who suggested they vibrated out and only offered an apology after I asked for one. He stated I could come in to pick up a few screws and when I did, the desk person had no knowledge.As motorcycles have so many moving pieces that impact your safety, I would highly recommend finding another service company that would inspect their work before you leave.

Dealing with their service department was one of the worst experiences ever. Cal is great at blowing smoke up your ass if nothing else. After having my bike for two weeks and not doing anything more than listening to it, I decided to take it somewhere else. They had the audacity to charge for two weeks of storage at $15 dollars a day. Save yourself some aggravation and take your bike elsewhere.

Hanging around down at cycle stop. Always a fun time everyone is always so friendly and if you hang long enough friends you ride with are more often than not bound to drop by and you get to catch up with friends till you see them on the road. The staff was extremely friendly. The parts guy spent at least 45 minutes showing me how the product I was interested functioned! They had a great selection of new and used bikes on the floor!

I am from Massachusetts. I was in town for the day so I stopped in to take a look. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They allowed me to loiter and look around at the many bikes. They have a wide variety of motorcycles. I did not feel pressured to make any purchases and they answered any questions that I had. I would definitely consider stopping by again and perhaps purchasing a motorcycle in the future.

Had a service scheduled for a Tuesday, bright the bike in the Friday before. They didnt order parts till Thursday, didnt get the bike back till 2 weeks later.
