Great customer service is hard to come by lately, but Tim at Century was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped me find what I need, carried it to the register for me and cashed me out promptly. It was a great experience!

I used to go there all the time and spend at least $200 every trip to stock up. Once the CDC released the guild lines saying vaccinated people were not required to wear masks I went in to stock up. When I walked in I was not wearing a mask and was greeted by a gentleman and went about my shopping. A few minutes in I was approached by a female worker who insisted I needed to wear one. I politely said the new guidelines were in effect and I was vaccinated her of the new guide lines but she insisted I put a mask on or leave. So I left. I went to Pinnacle down the street and had no problems. They greeted me respectfully and I was more than happy to take my business to them. I will not be returning to Century Liquor and will be taking my drinking problem to Pinnacle.

A bit snobby guy showed me around in French sections, which was not too amusing, but I feel like I did find what I was looking got. I always find great wine here. A senior gentleman helped me to buy white, which was much appreciated. Now, let us taste them🍷

Questionable staff encounter. My father, who happens to be Asian American was inquiring about Hibiki Whiskey. When he asked an associate when they get shipments of it he was told it was for preferred customers only. Based on the star rating you can tell I was not happy about this. I called the store and spoke to the manager on staff who said they do not have preferred customers. He apologized and said he would speak to his team. I speak for my father and I both when I say I dont think we will be returning here any time soon.

The store is always kept cleaned, stocked, and all the employees always greet me and are happy to help find anything I need!

I have tried out this place twice after verbal recommendations. Typically, I’m looking for limited select bourbon. Each time I have attempted the customer service “kiosk”, after viewing the limited cases, I have been approached with disrespect and discourteousness. These potential purchases are expensive bottles, the last thing imaginable is treating a well paying customer poorly. Wish them well during this pandemic but plan to never step foot in the doors again. Ben - discourteous salesman. Should consider different occupation.

These guys are great. The store is huge with tons of options and the staff is eager to help, if needed.Recently, I was searching for a really nice retirement gift in the form of an aged whiskey but wasnt really sure what I was looking for. I gave them a call, described the gift and they ran down some options. They mentioned a special release I had no idea about and had it in the shop in a day or two.

4 because friendly staff, good selection and low prices. But check the ads. For manufacturers coupons, bought 1 liter w coupon because same price as 750ml. Pick up the coupon and its valid for any size. Still a good price, just feel tricked.

Phenomenal selection, the staff is very helpful regardless of what youre looking for, and their prices are more than competitive. It can be a little confusing because they have so much stuff, but thats really a small negative in the grand scheme of things.

Century is a huge liquor store with tons of selections to choose from. Prices are by far the most affordable in the area. They often have wine tasting and samples of various liquor. The staff is friendly and helpful. Checkout was pleasant and quick.

Their selection isnt what it used to be and their customer service skills are awful. They definitely dont seem to care about keeping customers.

I only have one gripe: theres so many choices in all categories you go crazy figuring out which one you want. In other words great place to find your alcohol needs. Staff are well versed in the product and if you ask a question and they dont know they find somebody who does. Never been there that I didnt find what I came looking for.

Century has a huge selection on alcohol. It has everything a usual liquor store has plus all the rare alcohols you try to find but can never find at any store. The price is the same as other stores but a large majority of their alcohol is discounted with a shoppers club, and then also with mail in rebates on top of that. Last time I went there I got a case of 1.5L Woodbridge for $11 a bottle. Then after mail in rebate it was $8 a bottle. The time before that, I got a handle, 1.75L, of Captain Morgan for $34, after shoppers club it was $28 and then a $6 mail in rebate it came to $22. Price is good, selection is amazing and because its owned by Wegmans the customer service is fantastic.

The wine selections are awesome, to say the least! A great store to visit for wine & spirits. This is a clean store as well. Personnel are ever present to share their knowledge and solicited advice.

I rely on Century Liquor & Wine to have plenty of options in stock and at least one or more friendly and knowledgeable employees to help me find what I need. They have a great local wine section. Never any lines, even on New Year’s Eve.

This has always had a great selection even back when it used to be on Ridge Road (route 104) in Rochester. If you go in without knowing what you really want you will probably leave with a bunch of different things to try. In your meanderings through the store you are bound to learn a few things also.

They have a great selection of wines and very reasonable prices. The people are generally helpful if you need it. And for the most part the staff is friendly (theres a couple bad apples but there are everywhere). You will find most, if not all of the items you are looking for.

In the store on the displays they advertise to have rebates, but when you get home and look at the rebate info, they are EXPIRED.The store should not advertise that there is a rebate.......When in-fact there is NOT an active rebate!Lots of stock, yet you are better off just going to you corner neighborhood liquor store. At least they are honest with you!

Century liquor has a great inventory of wines and spirits on hand that should be sufficient for any tastes. Their prices are about as good as anyones in the area, the service is good should you need any assistance, and the store layout is easy to shop.

Century Liquor has instituted and draconian policy of checking everyone for ID before purchase. Its like Orwells 1984 where everyone is checked because the 85 yo. woman ahead of me might be underage. Treating your customers like children gets no points. Why dont you just admit that you sold booze to someone who was underage and you got caught. The dweeb who served me refused to hand me back my out of state license (Ontario, Canada) until he could see the expiry date. What does it matter if its expired? I started going to the local liquor store in my area and paying $3 more per bottle because I just cant stand being treated in this manner. What BS!!!!

The selection of spirits and wines is EXTENSIVE! I believe it is the largest liquor store in the region! Not only do they have an expansive collection of wines and spirits but their prices are very low! On a bottle of scotch $10 cheaper than in other liquor stores in the area. They have wine tasting vendors frequent the store on a regular basis. They have all sizes of liquor bottles, so you truly dont have to compromise. This is my go too liquor store!
