The staff at NH liquor stores are so helpful. I was looking for a seasonal wine and it was produced in minutes from the back room. It wasnt even on the shelves yet. Now thats service!

I dont drink concentrated alcohol so was buying for someone else. Staff was extremely helpful and patient. Person I was buying for told me prices paid were phenomenal.

Came here for free boxes! They have alot,but I also got the $3.99 bottle of fireball for my steak tips! Wide selection on Acholic beverages! Good prices

Holy cow people! This is something akin to Total Wine. Its a shopping mall of alcohol, any type you want, they probably have it.They also have accessories, mixers and yes... Patron restrooms.This new location has replaced the Farmington and Lilac mall locations for you locals.

Im a small government guy so I dont care for how NH does liquor. That being said the stores really are pretty decent. Pricing is good, and the respect for local products is great. Selection is hit or miss, but mostly good. The NH liquor store is one of the better ones. I recommend it over any in the area.

Very clean and very fast. The shelves were stocked fully and the cashiers were moving everyone along. I was concerned for the cashiers and other employees as 75% of the people inside were not wearing masks. The cashiers were very friendly and graciously appreciated the concern on their behalf.

The biggest liquor store around. They have a huge variety of anything you could ever ask for. If I cant find it anywhere else I know theyll have it! Really nice people, always super helpful!

Store is large, clean, bright and location is ok; convenient since its near several popular retailers, however, I had a very disappointing experience tonight which made me feel directly embarrassed and singled out about my physical disability by one of the employees. It shocked me because every other time I had been there, all of the other employees were very nice, friendly, respectful, and never treated me how this young man did tonight. He humiliated me and he was out of line. It bothers me so much that I will be making a formal complaint to the store manager. Hopefully no one else will be made to feel how awkward and self conscious because of their own physical disability. I wont be shopping here again, as long as this person works here. I definitely dont want to be embarrassed by him again in front of another line of other customers.

Store was in good shape, pretty well stocked. Associated was nice enough to go outback for an item even though i said he didnt need to.

New store is great: good location between Market Basket and Walmart. Enables you to snag all you need in one stop. Prices are good -- love the sales specials and rebates. Staff is very very helpful: polite, answer questions, carry boxes to the car, etc. Only suggestion: store layout needs work. LONG rows, no breaks so lots of up and down aisles looking for stuff. A break mid-way would be better

My husband and I went into this new location for the first time to make a considerable purchase for ourselves and friends for summer entertaining. After shopping, my husband started to place the bottles from our cart onto the counter. The clerk started to scan the bottles and after 2 bottles scanned, I realized we hadnt separated the order so said to the woman, wait, we have two orders here. She immediately sighed, rolled her eyes, and cancelled the order in an aggressive and uncomfortable way knocking and causing the register tape cover to come off and making it know we had somehow put her out by doing this. (There wasnt a line behind us). I sorted the bottles quickly and she began again. Two bottles were near the back of the counter as she was approached by one of her co-workers. The second worker noticed them and asked, Whats happening with these? And the extremely rude clerk behind the counter said in front of us, I dont know whats going on here! While she continues to scan bottles. I said, This isnt that difficult referring to having two orders and moved the rest of the order to the scanning area. We paid for the second order and left. I dont think Ive ever encountered a clerk as blatantly rude and unaccommodating in my shopping days.

Came in here The day before Labor Day which was Sunday. The employees seem to not know where anything was. It took me 15 minutes to get there attention as they kept walking past me and ignoring me. Finally found the wine I wanted on my own. Went to the cash register which was an older nan. I had my 4 year old with me and he accidentally knocked over gift cards that were on the register. The guy flipped out and yelled at my son and told me to control my child. It was an accident so theres nothing to control. Rudest people work there.

Huge selection, tax free - whats not to Like? Stores are usually well-staffed and sometimes there are distributor reps offering free tastings. Ive heard Total Wine & More in MA (and other locations?) has even lower prices - just an FYI.

Overall friendly staff with the exception of 2 one lady not sure of her name brown hair ponytail very rude and not helpful always seems like shes in a rush to get you through her line. Older man with beard works days super friendly and personable, overall great place and selection.
