Awful management, I was forced to sweep instead of being trained my first day & then get a call saying Im fired. I dont know who Patty is but she should not be in a position of power.

Horrible management!! Constant yelling and putting people down. Only believes in making threats to operators and constantly writing people up for small things! Then fires people for no reason at all! Bad reputation in the plastics industry!
