Fantastic customer service & worth every penny spent on rug cleaning! They brought my white wool rug back to life; it looks better today than the day I purchased it. Could not recommend Pinnacle Eco Clean more.

From start to finish I was very impressed. The building is very clean and smells good. The employees are cheerful and quick to help you. My rugs were ready in a short amount of time. The texture of my rugs felt softer and smelled fresher than the other company I had been using in Rochester for many years. I am paying more than the other rug cleaning company but Pinnacle Echo Clean does a much better job it’s worth every penny and I feel very safe going there. They sell a Hit the Spot Green rug cleaner and when I have run out of it often they have given it to me for free. How rare is that??

What a pleasure! My carpets look great even though David ( a delightful gentleman) did warn me that the carpets are old and to bear that in mind when assessing the outcome! My experience with Pinnacle Eco Clean has been THE most positive and rewarding of any I have had with businesses in the Rochester area.I want to be thorough in this review, so **tl;dr** Pinnacle is an outstanding local business in both the services they provide and their customer interaction. We hired them for duct cleaning and carpet cleaning, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.After purchasing a new home in West Henrietta and realizing the previous owners had a black lab and left the carpets pretty thick with hair and odor (my wife and I have dog allergies!), I contacted Pinnacle to see what they could do. Out of 4 or 5 carpet cleaning services I filled out online requests with, Pinnacle was the ONLY one to contact me back, and did so early Monday morning after using their online contact form on Sunday. Katherine at the office provided outstanding customer service to get a carpet cleaning scheduled within a week of our expected close date.When a called a few days later to inquire about their other services, the owner, Kevin, let me know that they offered full air duct cleaning as well! Given that it was clear the previous owners had never cleaned the furnace in the house, let alone the ducts, and how bad our allergies can get with dust, I was immediately sold. We were actually able to get next-day service scheduled for the ducts, ahead of our carpet cleaning. Kyle and Will arrived bright and early the next day with some SERIOUS equipment to do a full duct cleaning and sanitization, a dryer vent cleaning, and furnace and AC cleaning. They worked the entire day, and when they were done the difference was unbelievable. While my wife and I had previously been taking Claritin every morning to get by in the house with our allergies, the moment Will and Kyle left, we took off our face masks, and without having had a Claritin that day, could breathe fully with no sniffles at all, as long as we werent in the area that had heavy dog odors! I cannot recommend this service highly enough, we would not have been able to function the same way in the house without it.The following week Pinnacle returned to clean our carpets and did an outstanding job, cleaning every piece of carpet in the house. Kyle, who was there again for the carpet cleaning, mentioned that with the heavy black lab smell in one room, to contact them back if it persisted after a few days. Lo and behold it did, plus we did discover some dog hair remaining in the upstairs bedroom carpet where it had been ground in. I contacted Pinnacle and, free of charge, they returned to thoroughly vacuum and re-clean the areas with hair, and use a much stronger deodorizer in the room with the dog smell. Now, 2 weeks later, we could not be happier with the state our carpets are in!Overall, Pinnacle provided a very reasonable price for their services, including the fact that they compd the price of a dryer vent cleaning as a thank you for doing so much business with them, and we were thoroughly impressed with their expertise, professionalism, and customer service. 5/5!P.S. This is not related directly to Pinnacles services, but is another huge part of why I recommend them so highly. During a phone interaction with Kevin, the owner, I inquired about a whole-house cleaning so we werent moving in on top of the previous owners dust and dirt -- not knowing that Pinnacle does not provide general cleaning services. Kevin did recommend the use of a local cleaning company that he had done business with before -- but explicitly asked me to tell him what I thought of their services, as he did not want to be recommending companies that his customers did not have a good experience with. After an extremely negative experience with the other cleaning company, I called Pinnacle to let them know, and they were very receptive to my feedback, and ensured me they would no longer be recommending this other company to their customers. It is clear to me that Pinnacle truly values and respects their customers, and is willing to back up what they say completely!

My aunt gave me a HUGE oriental rug that belonged to my grandmother for my brand new apartment. Unfortunately, it had been in the attic a very long time and smelled musty and old, the odor was overwhelming. My aunt found Pinnacle and I am so happy she did! They were professional and accommodating from start to finish. Jordan and Kyle picked up the rug and when it was finished they personally delivered it to my third floor apartment and helped me set it up. My experience with Pinnacle was superb! My slipcover was linen/silk for my Shabby Chic sofa, and it was soiled and had to be cleaned. They came to my home and gave me their professional thoughts on the process as well as a cost estimate. They took it to their facility, and it came out perfectly!!! It looks like new!!! Some years back I had Kevin here to assess an antique Oriental rug that was my Mother’s that needed some serious cleaning. He took the rug for several weeks, working it through his special process until it was perfect. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome.Fast forward to present day and I again called on Pinnacle to help correct several spots that had been damaged by bleach splashes on my basement carpet. Both Kevin and his son Kyle painstakingly addressed each and every spot until the damaged areas were essentially indiscernible. They did a phenomenal job. The price was very fair and reasonable given the amount of time and expertise they put into the work. I couldn’t be happier with their work and their professionalism.

This is a great Company! My hot water tank blew and we had 2 of standing water all through our finished family room. We waited not a day, but within an hour, Pinnacle was on site extracting all the water with their equipment! Beyond that, they started to save our belongings by removing as much furniture and other personal items as possible. Everyone was very courteous, efficient and understood our needs. Miracle workers!!! Pinnacle has removed horrible, 20 year old stains from cream colored oriental rugs, replaced worn fringe with beautiful new fringe. Restored a 40 year old Chinese rug to current beauty.They also clean carpeting like no other company ever has. Our 21 year old ivory carpeting looks like new. Old stains left by other companies are gone.In addition to routinely working miracles, their prices are very reasonable. We are extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning Pinnacle did for us. We had a wall to wall tan carpet with many stains on it from 5 years of grandchildren spills. Now the carpet looks like new ! They also picked up a 8 X 11 oriental rug, cleaned it and were able to repair the original fringe that our puppy managed to pull off. We highly recommend their service. The staff that we dealt with on the phone was knowledgeable and very friendly.

Pinnacle did a great job on my rug getting out an old, large stain that I was never able to remove on my own. They removed all traces of the stain and now the whole rug looks great. Workers were friendly and professional. Everything top notch throughout the whole process.

We had our carpets cleaned by Pinnacle Eco Clean recently. While our carpets needed cleaned, our stairs from our basement to the first floor really needed cleaned, as they had a worn in dirt pattern, due to the garage being off the basement. All that dirt from the car and road, including salt, sand, and other gunk.The staff was very professional and efficient. The results were amazing. The carpets looked new,and it was especially evident on the stairs. In addition, the house didnt have that musty smell or chemical smell that some cleaners have left after cleaning the carpets. The only smell was a clean one, which is exactly what I would want. Their pricing was very competitive, and they went beyond the expectations we had. I would recommend them highly and will be doing repeat business with them.

I have three dogs and oriental carpets. Sometimes the stains are hard to get out but the smell is always done. They also cleaned the stairway carpet. Fantastic service.I had a round oriental with really bad fringe. They were able to remove the fringe and sealed the edges. It is much easier to vacuum. Nice people and pleasant to work with. I only use them for cleaning all my carpets and rugs.

Weve been using Pinnacle Cleaning for over 30 years. I called Pinnacle after being unhappy with the results of other, supposedly reputable companies.Through the years, weve had several animals and three children. There was often an issue do deal with, besides normal wear & tear when they arrived. Ive never been disappointed.Ive gotten great advice about stain removal, theyre very easy to talk to and they offer a bottle of their own cleaning solution - which is wonderful.They really go out of their way for their customers. We have used Pinnacle Eco Clean for years, and they have cleaned our area rugs, upholstery and tile & grout. Each time, the results were amazing!! I unequivocally give Pinnacle Eco Clean five stars for their honesty, integrity, and customer service.. In December, 2017, Pinnacle quoted the cost to clean, pick-up, and deliver my wool rug. The staff added that 20% could be saved by transporting it myself and explained how to fold and roll the rug to fit in my vehicle. While folding the rug, my husband and I noticed the backing was cut the entire width. Taking the rug to Pinnacle, I explained the problem, showing first a picture and then the rug. Without prompting, both employees said it looked like the backing was cut by the delivery employees of the store where we purchased it. Pinnacle could remove the backing and have a new one applied, and they wrote an estimate. After conferring with the store where I purchased the rug, I took it back to Pinnacle, and they removed the backing. However, they discovered that the tufting had also been deeply cut and recommended that I ask for a replacement rug. Kevin Kluth of Pinnacle wrote a very succinct description of what they did and observed, attached pictures, and clearly stated that they felt the rug should be replaced. After all of their efforts, Pinnacle would not accept any payment even though they had worked on the rug and wrote the letter.

Pinnacle did an outstanding job cleaning our playroom carpet on Tuesday. The technician spent extra time on a spot that our dog had repeatedly marked. The result was a cleaner carpet than I had hoped possible. We really appreciate it!

Had a great experience with this company today. I scheduled a living room carpet cleaning with them for 8:30am. All communication prior to the appointment was prompt and Jessica was very courteous.Upon arrival the two employees took a look at what was being cleaned and did their thing. It took about 30 minutes and when done I received an invoice, some spot cleaner and explanation of drying time and some care tips.Id use them again down the road for sure!

I contacted Pinnacle Eco Clean in a panic after a puppy got into a glue trap used to catch mice and tracked it throughout part of my home. I had tried various solutions with no luck. Kyle and Micah came and treated the carpeting and also removed a stain that I had not been able to get rid of for years. Because of the amount of glue that was there Kyle and Jesse came back and treated the few areas that remained and I couldnt be any happier. I have a 40 plus year old Flokati from Greece that had not been cleaned in I dont know how long. Recently, it was soiled on by my dog. They measured the rugs and informed me of the price right up front.Kevin advised me on the cleaning options regarding stain protectant and gave me a sample of his recommended spot cleaner. They paid attention to how I needed to transport the rugs and offered to have them folded instead of rolled so they fit in my vehicle. The cleaning was completed in a very short time. I received a call within four days that the rugs were ready. I called before I came to pick them up and they had the rugs ready for me and folded as promised and an invoice prepared and waiting. The rugs are bright and fresh. The price was very reasonable.This business is extremely customer oriented and a pleasure to do business with. Cant recommend them enough.
