Good but they could use some help...

Bought a case of crab legs and when I warmed them up they tasted very bland. Not sweet at all. Called the store and was told by the owner that she couldn’t do anything for me. I just lost $165.00 for tasteless meat. Never shopping there again.

I ordered the shrimp basket with fries and a side of fried okra OMG. THEY HAVE SOME OF THE BEST SHRIMP IN ROCHESTER!!!its not over breaded of gmo...(fake)its real shrimp and you can tell the difference!!

I went the other day picked out some fish got home the fish is not what I picked out she asked me to go wait in the car she bring it out yes but she switched the fish for smaller ones after I paid for the big fresh ones how sad. And I shop and buy a lot of fish there this is the first time I had a problem maybe she got my order confused with some one elses

Language barrier effect the business alot. The prices are never the same every week, women isnt very friendly and wouldnt answer my question properly no matter how many times I changed the words around. Wasnt clear on how exchange of product goes after she admitted she sold me something different from the first time. I have been going to this place for a while but now I will definitely be looking for a new seafood place to by bulk food. Its unfortunate.

The seafood is very fresh. I ordered the fresh scallops and the king crab legs and fresh haddock fish. Customer service is good. I will be back.

I called 15 different places in Rochester in search of Salmon Steaks. The one place that had them was here.I walked in and all of the fish was extremely fresh and well-presented. The owner and staff were all extremely nice and I was happy to support a family owned business.I bought two salmon steaks while I was here and they are the best I have EVER had.Plan to come here again next week.

Very personable and friendly. Made follow up calls on our phone order to let us know the day before that they were working on our order and when we could pick up. Day of pickup the called and let us know the order would be ready in half an hour. Excellent!

One of the best fish markets in the Rochester area always clean and very courteous yes the prices change as the economy change but its not a barrier

Was looking to get a price (comparing local places) for an upcoming clam bake, called and was told we dont give out prices over the phone. So, 100 doz. clams will be purchased somewhere else....Update~ just saw their response, but all I wanted was a ballpark price for an order that wouldnt be placed until October. Im aware that there is a shortage currently, and prices might change, but I never even had the chance to explain that: YOU hung up on me.

Purchased many different types of seafood....oysters,clams, crab, fish and shrimp,,,, all fresh all great .....catch them at the public market on Saturdays also,,,,, price and quality,,, just sayin

First let me say that this is one of the cleaner fish markets in the Area. They have a large selection and are very reasonably priced. The reason I gave them 3 stars is because they CLOSE TOO EARLY! it is not 6 like Google suggests, they close at 5:30! Even on fish Friday (today), which to me, makes no logical sense. Even 6 is a kinda early. By the time people get off of work and thru traffic, theyve locked the doors, leaving one VERY disappointed.
