Terrible customer service! The employee was very rude when we told them to use different companies because other companies offering better price than them! Ridiculous!

How this company stays in business is beyond my understanding. With trustworthy competitors like home depot whom I choose over this horrible business.After getting a quote and comparing with Home Depot, had I gone with their salesmens recommendation, I would have paid 45% more for lower quality.The people were full of themselves and did not know how to treat a customer.

I wasnt at the paint place I was actually at the printing place that used to be in Mount Read Plaza. Im glad they moved because they got more room & its a newer building plus his dog is ultra adorable. They do good business & I am never left disappointed.

Our company has been using Rochester Paint Center for many years and they are fantastic. Their staff is knowledgeable and they make sure that they have products that we need in stock and available. Also, the products that they have are top notch and reliable. We recommend them to our customers and will continue to do so. They are, by far, the best paint store in the area.

I had their estimator come to my house and determine how much paint to order for my patio, after 2 coats I still had 5 gallons left over. Then they refused to take it back saying it was a special order, it was a standard color as well. Very rude and didnt take any responsibility for their mist, didnt even offer store credit, very poor customer serviceproduct. It was expensive to
