Great place! Lots and lots of party supplies! I brought in my own balloons and they filled them for a fee, but were very fast and I did not have an appointment either, and they tie them off with your choice of color ribbon!!!

Boarded up, but the phone message says they are doing curbside pickup. Online shows they are open. Wasted trip!

The place is a bit overwhelming because of the amount of stuff they sell, but you can find everything you need for almost any occasion here. Their balloon selection is vast, and they are very accommodating. The staff were very helpful and friendly which I very much appreciate.

Customer service was awesome. Knew exactly where the stuff I was looking for was. Slow check out though.

Went for party favors for my 8 year old. They had monster high themed items. The selection was great. Almost two full rows of themed party items. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Disappointed in the apparent level of interest and helpfulness of the only two employees I encountered. Broad selection of merchandise, but youd better be prepared to find what you want on your own.

Need to have more plus size costumes not every one is a standard size

Party city has all supplies needed for a birthday party. Staff is good. They gave us lots of suggestions on decorating (for a birthday party) and keeping the kids entertained. The helium balloons are really good and stay afloat for ~10 days.

Nice place for kid shopping. Prices too high for most adults...

The products have become more and more expensive, and more and more cheaply made. It is a rarely seen thing to have a member assisting customers on the sales floor, and yet they arent maning the registers either. If you have the time, compair prices between their on-line store and their brick and mortar locations as there is a 50% chance it is cheaper online, while still being able to return items in store 😉

Terrible customer service. The customers left one poor clerk at the front of a packed store while they ran back and forth from the back doing other duties other than assisting customers. So rude.

Ordered balloons for Noon on October 5, they were done PRECISELY on time. The premium latex lasted a week, and the mylar are still flying - a little wrinkly, but flying. THANKS for helping make my daughters birthday fun for her.

Went in to get balloons and i specifically said dont over fill them. And they still continued to fill them huge! We got the balloons at 2pm we had pictures at 6pm.... 3 were popped before pictures were taken!
