I have installed all brands of pavers and walls over 20 years, and Rochester Concrete Products customer service has been superb since the beginning, without exception. Deb Hyde is always available, professional, courteous, and the few times there was an issue with a paver color, she and the owners have worked hard to make it right. I love that this is a family business, and that family is still involved and cares about its customers, but is also large enough to offer great quality and stand behind it.

This company does not stand behind its products. They sent us pavers that cost $50 each that are nothing like those pictured in their catalog and will not replace them. Many have ugly brown blotches that repeat themselves in multiple pavers. We also have at least ten pavers with a yellow tepee in the center. Approximately 1/4 of the pavers were as advertised and are quite nice. I have tried to attach pictures but they disappear when the review is posted.

We received pavers from this company that cost $50 each and most of them had ugly brown blotches in shapes that repeated themselves in multiple pavers or yellow shapes of tepees in the center. The catalog showed no ugly blotches on its pavers.
