Scott Williams and Robert Warren went above and beyond. I had a family emergency and these gentlemen assisted me when my automobile was wrongfully impounded. Rarely, do you have people now a day with compassion and humanity of this fine company. It was no surprise they have been around since the 1870s. Good business, Great Family.

Took my wifes car in after she hit a deer. / they are close to my home and overall their work isnt all bad, but they are terrible about details. / the paint was a poor match (they probably used leftover paint from another job) / the bolts were not tightened (i turned them with my fingers) / they left the headlight socket loose and the new headlight got water in it the next day!... so the light has condensation covering the entire lens. / they seem to forget that the customers time has value too. / they have an all too common talent for marking up their prices... (based on my research of the same items.) / over the last fifteen years, this is the third vehicle i have had them repair and then had to fix after they were finished with it. / 3rd times the charm... they will never get my business again. They told my car in a Saturday from Sterling to the shop in rockfalls they close for the weekend Monday when I pick up my car they charge me $300
