I think short staffing is an issue here. In electronics there was only one person to help a line of people needing items unlocked. I understand the issue with theft but if you dont have the staff to assist customers, certain items should be accessible. If an item is below a certain price range, keep the case unlocked. Waiting for a $10 pair of headphones sucks. Also, there is an issue with correctly pricing items, specifically in the clearance section. I couldnt find any price checkers, which suck because then I have to hunt down staff or take it to the register with me and when I see its not the price I want, I have to wait for a self checkout person to approve the removal and they take the item, which makes more work for restockers and the self checkout staff dont have eyes on others that need help. Overall, Im content with this Walmart but things could be ran a bit smoother.

It was actually a pleasant surprise. I only went in to get vaccinated for flu & shingles (already had my covids shots) the pharmacist on duty was absolutely amazing. Very polite & insightful. You can tell the staff enjoyed working that day because they followed her suit.

This walmart always seems to not have any shoes. Especially in kids sizes. They also dont have kids belts. Earlier this summer on shopping for pool stuff I ended up finding everything but it was all in 4 different spots in the store. They could be a little more thoughtful in putting things together that go together.

They wasting my time, worker messed up at the cash register and waited like around 10 minutes. I can see, it needs more worker to open up a line, its ridiculous, Super Wal-Mart is way better. Also, the product like Velveeta cheese is gone and wonder why some of the product disappearing for? the stuff we all loved.

One of very best Walmart stores in the U.S. Fully stocked, great staff and clean. NO self checkout lanes. Just great people who care. I dare to find a better run Walmart anywhere.

Was trying to get paint but I had a few questions N I stood around and walked around the paint section for over an hour and never seen one worker. I finally wentlooking for someone to help me and still couldnt find anyone so I left with what else I had bought. I still need to go get paint just have been busy and havent made it back yet

Good for the quick pick up. The staff is really friendly. They dont have the food items that the Super Walmart in Sterling has, however it is much quicker getting in and out.

I did a curbside pickup, it was difficult finding the pickup area signage is small mounted low. fyi left side of lot by garden center. Otherwise order was correct and arrived to car fast after phone check in.

They are very polite and helpful too. It is mandatory that you wear a mask. They have hand towels and hand sanitizer at the entrance. They are easily accessible from the I 80 tollway, just a mile or so off of the Rock Falls exit to route 40. A Walgreens and Casey gas station and several hotels are also close by from the East or West exits to rte. 40

I like shopping at Rock Falls Walmart. But I saw a person walking in the store without a mask. I told an employee and they said they could not force them. It only takes one person to spread the virus. I normally dont complain but Im in healthcare and seen first hand how horrible this virus is.

Walmart Rock Falls was very busy today and only 1 cash register open. They finally did open another when people were making their way around the corner

The people are nice. The store is small and its easy to find everything. Its perfect placed right off the interstate.

Since its a smaller Walmart its easy to go in and out. The staff has always been polite and friendly. Even when there are big lines forming they add more cashiers to make the wait for check out quicker. The cashiers are always there to inform you that a register is ready, or even if the service desk is available you can check out there too!

Super small, old school Walmart with some groceries jammed into the store. Big trucks not welcome unless you are delivering. No self checkouts. Will do in a pinch but we will not be back.

I only shop here when I need to get something cheaper than a few places although Id almost rather pay the higher price just so I can interact with my fellow consumers as well as their employees. They sales are great here. I love this non food store. A little less crowded, relaxed. If your crafty..love this selection area. Electronics have sales that make it worth checking it out. They have a different but nice selection of knock about clothes DIFFERENT then other walmarts. Sizes/types.

I have had nothing but good shopping experience at Walmart. Employees are so helpful. Sara is a great greeter! Im new in Rock Falls, the employees made me feel like they knew me. Good to see so many seniors working and shopping at Walmart!

This is just a basic Wal-Mart with limited choices and a small amount of dry food although they do have a milk cooler.

This is one of the smaller Walmarts in the area although it is crammed full of stuff. Handicap parking is readily available and theyre also cards for those that cant walk long distances. The employees in the store very friendly ask question and they can answer it if not they can find someone to answer for you. It is a Walmart store it has clothes and groceries as most other Walmart stores do. I find a nice place to go shop. This place is a 3 on the Richter scale
