UNBELIEVABLE customer service! We were headed out of town for our yearly anniversary trip when our Can Am had a part failure. None of the local dealers to us had the part and it couldn’t be ordered in time for our trip. Rock Hill Powersports is over 3 hours from us but had the part. I called the parts department late on a Friday and explained my issue. After realizing it wasn’t possible to have it overnighted to our house before we left, Josh overnighted it to the place we were going on our trip so it would be there when we arrived. He actually left the dealership and went to UPS to overnight my part since they had already come that day. He then called me back with a tracking number. Above and beyond for someone who wasn’t a customer. We can’t thank them enough for saving our trip! GO BUY SOMETHING FROM THIS PLACE! Make sure you stop in parts and tell Josh he’s the best!

A week ago, after extensive research, I purchased my Africa Twin Adventure Sport DCT from Rock Hill Powersports. I probably spent several hours in their showroom making the final decision. I found them knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy at all - none of the used car salesman vibe, which is a real turn-off. They wanted to make sure that I was buying exactly what I wanted and needed, and did an excellent job of it.Ive had the bike for a week now, and love it! I would definitely buy from them in the future, and can recommend them whole heartedly.Edit to add - Joseph and Lucas helped me and were very kind and accommodating.

Best experience ever!!! I had visited 4 other dealerships surrounding the Charlotte area looking to purchase a second Spyder. The customer service was TOP NOTCH. Everyone appeared excited to work there each time I visited. I was very indecisive in which Spyder model I wanted but Henry and Big Red were very patient. Every visit Henry took me out on a test drive and was the most genuine Salesman I’d ever met as he wanted to ensure I was happy, comfortable and felt safe in my choice. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have a 2021 Gold Wing and I was taking off the seat to add the driver backrest. One of the bolts wouldnt budge. I stopped by to see if the service department could help out. They were happy to help. Josh came out to see the issue and after a couple minutes, he was able to get the bolt out. The head of the old one was stripped but he went in back and found another bolt to replace it. No charge. I will definitely be back for all my Gold Wing service.

I wanted to buy a go-cart for my kids birthday. I looked around online and the Mini XRXR sells for about $1700 shipped to my door, then I noticed that this place a few hours away has them for $1800. Totally worth the $100 bucks just to pick it up that day, so I thought.Here is a breakdown of the statement on a $1700 go-cart:- Base Price: $1798- Freight: $489- Assembly: $345- Lifetime Battery: $169- Administrative Fee: $199They managed to add $1300 dollars in fees to a $1700 toy.I get they they have to keep the lights on, but thats 40 percent.

I’m from NC about an hour and a half away and reached out online about a KTM Duke 390. Steven called me I told him what I needed he got it over to me. The bank cut the check and I was able to just go and pick up my new bike. Tom the GM called me Thursday May 27 to see if I was still coming on Saturday to pick it up. When I got there Saturday morning everyone was so nice and made sure that it was ready and helped me load it on the trailer. This was the quickest transaction I have had in a long time. I would recommend anyone to make a purchase from them. Great people!!

I’ve been here a few times and had never been acknowledged in the showroom, so I bought elsewhere. Today I saw online they had the exact bike I wanted so I decided to give them another try. Again, took forever for anyone to speak to me. I got a quote on a bike, and they told me there were about $3,200 in additional fees to buy it, giving me every reason including $1900 shipping charge because of the pandemic. I understand they need to make money, but that’s ridiculous. I drove up to Statesville and was able to buy the bike with only $800 in dealer fees. I’ll never even try to go back to Rock Hill Powersports. Over the years they lost out on 4 purchases from me.

I will buy all of my dirt bike parts here. I went in to purchase a part and needed it fast. They were not able to get the part quick enough for my needs so they referred me to another dealer out of town that had the part in stock. That dealer got the part to me the next day. That is what I call Extreme Customer Service. RHPS Parts Department put my needs First over profit.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had when dealing with a dealership of any kind. I feel terrible for some of the good people that work in that place. Their service department is a mess they have no clue what’s going on back there, techs have no experience, and just focused on changing parts instead of diagnosing and fixing the problem. Bought a 21 xpt4 and in 4 months have only been able to ride It 3 or 4 times due to their incompetence. Their leadership team is very unprofessional and not customer oriented at all, they have zero communication skills and no common sense. If i was the owner i would start there as I am sure I am not the only one!TO ALL OF YOU READING THIS TRUST ME DO NOT GO THERE !!!!! STAY AWAY

Personnel are pleasant and communicated well. Just so darn late and non-responsive. Left my KTM 1190 for over three weeks - a whole week to inspect, one week to develop a quote, one week to discuss the quote, and finally a few days to repair. Ridiculous amount of time for simple service items. And I had to chase them down for days. Good ol Rock Hill service at its best.UPDATE: And now the rear brake issue I had has returned AND gotten worse. Job that should’ve lasted two years has to be redone. Pathetic. I was robbed.

Good experience buying my first Can Am. Sales assoc. Tim Wooten is very knowledgeable and helpful. Had a slight issue after leaving but returned and issue was corrected immediately. Wait time for financing long, but is to be expected when you buy during a pandemic and everyone is working remotely. Would definitely shop there again.

Do not do business with these people, I bought a bike with 22 miles on it thought everything was fine come to find out the bike has a lean on it. The paper work even said no leans, had to hire a lawyer and go after rock hill powersports to get the title took right at two months. Paid cash for the bike. They will lie to your face and on the paper work and Henry the manager is a real piece of work. You got that title real quick didnt you Henry thought someone was playing.

Every time I call to get tires put on any of the bikes I’ve owned, they fit me in within 24hrs. Huge thanks!

Henry Crocker, GM, helped us himself decide on a 2015 Spyder RT Ltd. Great service and friendly employees in all departments. Felt like we got a great deal. Only issue was titling with an internal clerical error but they made it right asap with no interruption in riding. We love it and have racked up 2500 miles in less than 2 months. Ride almost every day now. Planning further trips. Go see Henry for yours as he has a passion for Spyders and is eager to help and easy to deal with. Customer service and happiness is his mantra for managing the business.

Went by to visit rock Hill power sports today I have been hunting TTR50 for my son. I live in the Charlotte area and I’ve had a very hard time finding anybody that had one in stock. When arriving to the store I was greeted by the sales rep that I spoke to on the phone the sales rep was a great guy I will not mention any names.He showed me to the bike gave me some information on it and gave me the pricing. Now I do not buy dirt bikes on a daily basis so I’m not very familiar with pricing on these bikes. Needless to say I filled out all the account information asked them to add training wheels in to get the Bike ready to purchase.While waiting on the bike I received a phone call from a competitor who I was on a waiting list for the same exact bike. They called me to let me know they had one coming in and want to know if I was still interested. Just for the heck of it I happen to ask how much it was out the door. The bike was $700 cheaper out the door tax tag title docking fees with training wheels.After getting off the phone call I went inside to speak to the sales rep to let him know there was a competitor that had the same exact bike for $700 cheaper. I asked them to match the price as I felt at this point they had price gouged the bike since they were the only one that had one in stock. The rep the told me they are just telling you that till you get in the store then the price will go up.Immediately they drop the price $600. But that was without the training wheels. I explain to them they would have to match the competitors price with training wheels or o was not going to do business with them. Again I had already agreed to purchase and had been approved to buy that day. The rep told me they would lose money and they would settle $100 dollars higher then the competitors rate with the training wheels.I highly encourage anybody that is purchasing anything from this location to just do some price checking before committing to purchase I left went to the competitor and purchased the bike today saved $650 dollars for the exact same bike.

This place tries to scam you. They tried to charge me over $2000 in fees on a Yamaha Raptor 700R. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!I did and didn’t pay their ridiculous fees!

Emailed them to see if they had a specific bike they did and held it for me with a deposit until I could travel the next day to pick up.

Not a good experience there. Stood there in show room for 20 minutes before someone asked if I needed any help. I explained what I was looking to purchase he replied they may have some in back . He left I stood there another 15 minutes he never returned. I then observed him outside helping another customer. That place has gone down hill since it changed hands from Hagers to powersports

Josh went above and beyond to provide me with excellent service as I was stuck on the side of the road with a broke chain on my way to Augusta Ga! He made my experience very pleasant!!
