Really friendly staff, fun upbeat atmosphere and overall a good time. I was visiting from out of town and was looking to get a few braids on the one side. I called here and was fit in that day. She was accommodating, quick and we all had a good time chatting. Next time I’m in town I know where to go for great looking hair.

What a great experience. As a staple part of Rock Hill SC...the store has been there for 20 plus yrs and recently Black Owned. I had a wonderful shopping experience by knowledgeable store representatives and as an added bonus there is a full-service Salon in the store that Services all types of hair and natural hair care needs. The prices were fair and comparable with a very nice clearance section. I would highly recommend and I will be back.

I live in New Orleans and well visiting my sister I needed my hair retwisted and found this gem. You want be disappointed.

There is a new owner here and she is so professional and patient. The store has been remodeled and the layout is cleaner and you can easily find what your looking for. I had to stop by for some things near closing and she was so gracious and helped me despite my issue at checkout.

The owner is very nice. I went yesterday to get Shea butter and she was out of the product on the shelf. She went to the back and got some for me, so nice. I got some coconut oil too and the products worked great on my hair.

Nefatiti is awesome at doing hair not only can she braid natural hair but she can also add fake hair, straighten your hair, curl it style it and many more things. The customer service is always good and you will never leave disappointed or unsatisfied. And even more, she can open the store early for you! Not only does she fix hair but she has the nicest jewelry for any fashionista. To the people who are saying things that are irrelevant go and get your self some coins and then you come and spread your nasty hate cuz Nefatiti has bills to pay and people to feed so unless you have something good to say set your ungrateful butt down and correct yourselves before you try and correct others. 😜😜😜🤪🤪🤪🤪

Great customer service and Michelle is the best. She give every customer the same amount of respect and time. Plus she does excellent work. I would recommend her shop to everyone.

This is a good place to get beauty supplies and get your braids done. The braids are cheap to get done as well buying their products.

I decided to look for an African American own beauty supply store. I decided to go to Nefatiti. The associate looked at me an turned her head. I walked the aisles not a hello. On top of that 90 percent of the products dont have a price on them. Bye Nefatiti

The owner made an 11:30am appointment with me so when she did not get me on the phone when she called at 11:10am, she refused to do my hair when I showed up on time. She stated that because I did not answer my phone she made the decision that I was not coming. . Yet when I called, her phone to let her know that I was on my way,her phone was not accepting messages. So, I called her cell phone and I left a message that I was on my way, it was 11:25am. I was 7 minutes away from the shop. When I arrived at 11:32 am, She said that she had called me several times and when she did not get an answer, she made the decision that I was not coming so she started on another customers hair just started on another customers hair. She told me I would have to wait for an hour or comeback. Her treatment of me in this situation was totally unprofessional. First, she should have waited until after 11:30 to start someone elses hair or told the customer that her scheduled appointment had arrived and that she would have to wait.. Nerfatiti is unprofessional and her business acumen totally lacking along with her cognitive skills. I will not do business with her again nor will I encourage others to. She owes me an apology!. .

Very dusty store and I had to wait for her to stop braiding to give me service. She had no idea what price was on some items. So I ended up not buying. Wont go back there.
