I came into Burns very discouraged because I was just told by another dealership I was going to need to a co-signer! I spoke with Chip Chamberlain and he told me to come see him and he will do what he can do get my girls and I into a reliable vehicle and he did just that! He went totally above and beyond to make sure this happened! I had to come back in this morning to get everything squared away and he went as far as picking me up to be sure I was here on time and wouldn’t be late for work! He got my family into a 2012 Dodge Caravan that I absolutely love!!! I would recommend all my friends and family to Chip! He is so nice and the most caring car sales men I’ve ever met!!! During a challenging time to locate a new vehicle with limited availability, Jonathan stayed in contact and jumped on the opportunity to inform me as soon as Burns obtained what l was looking for. Miscommunication between the multiple people in the establishment. Made an appointment under false expectations, wasted a hard credit pull, was told they would take a look at my trade-in (never did). Absolutely no effort whatsoever was made. Went to JT Kia and the manager walked around and gave my trade-in a thorough look and made a decent offer. I decided to wait because I didnt see what I really wanted.

Went by Burns this week to look at a new vehicle . Im very picky so have been looking for about 10 years . They had a Camaro I needed to sit in to test the comfort . Jonathan Moreno greeted me on my way in, he said let me get the keys. while I sat in the Camaro, he said lets start it up . I said (I dont like convertibles and dont think I want Yellow) but ok. This car looked awesome, sound and has everything . So Jonathan asked what are you really looking for ? He and the manager wrote down my information . I left and later start getting text about my interest and pics of cars coming to me. Well by the end of the day I think I knew what I wanted finally . So I went by to see Jonathan and the Burn Chevy Crew . Everyone was great at listening and helping me get what I wanted. They even said we will hang out till we get your paper work done so you can drive it home tonight if you like. So with Jonathan, Rodney Jeter and the Burns teams help, I drove my new Yellow and black convertible Camaro SS 50th Anniversary home . We have bought many cars over the years, and our experience with Chip Chamberlin and his team members at Burns was by far our best experience ever!! There was no high pressure wheeling and dealing with them. Chip was relaxed but very diligent. Burns gave us a great offer on our trade-in. The whole experience was a very ENJOYABLE one, and that says a lot when you are trying to trade in your car for a new one. My husband is now looking for a new car with them, as well. Even though they are over an hour drive from us, it is well worth the drive!!!!

They tell me to call a number below that is not in serviceThere are no signs once you get to the dealership pointing you to service, etc.Not one worker seemed happy to be there.Unprofessional - guy servicing my truck was in sandals.I asked if they could check something on my brand new truck that i just bought. Grumpy service associate was like .. whoa, this is Saturday and we only are able to do oil changes and tire rotations. His attitude alone is why I wont be back. Chevy/GM is way better than this and this dealership needs some serious leadership changes.

Our experience as soon as we walked to the front of the dealership was excellent. Chip Chamberlin (our Sales Consultant) was knowledgeable and helpful. We knew what we were looking for and Chip was able to pair up or ask with an available vehicle that checked the boxes of what we were looking for. I went to Burns Feb. 13, 2021 to see Rob about a car I put in an inquiry for. I had been in a wreck a week prior and needed a new vehicle. Rob was quick to contact me after putting in the inquiry and was very patient with me as I waited to see if I needed a new car or not. When we went in that morning, he was very patient with us then, answered all our questions and got us through the process in a timely manner. Went in to finally upgrade my tiny RC car to an actual car and put in an inquiry for one of the new Trailblazers. Not only is it a great car thus far, and my chest hair has grown a solid inch since Ive been driving it, but the buying experience was great because of the people. George sent me a video of one of the cars early in the morning and followed up with me throughout the day, and not in a I really want to sell you this car sort of way, but in a genuinely cool dude way. Seriously, Im looking forward to the first complimentary oil change just so I can hang out in the lobby with the staff. Awesome people youd want to have a beer with, leading to an awesome buying experience. Five stars isnt enough.

My recent visit cud have been a little better if I had gotten the updates on the progress of my vehicle as promised. My car was released to me and still leaking oil. Brought the car back after several attempts for service. Had to call several times to get the paperwork and car still not running properly.Burns did not value me as a customer and pushed off all responsibilities as a service provider. Although every business is short staffed due the pandemic, that does not justify the mistake.Im left holding the torch and do not have reliable transportation.Burns did not do anything to help assist and I will never buy cars or pay for service again.

With 139 one-star reviews out of approximately 1500 reviews. I didn’t even count your two-star reviews! Why would ANYONE vote for Burns to join Rock Hill Schools? They can’t even run a honest family business handed down to them. You have taken advantage of my situation and used it against me. I had bodywork done by Burns where they sold my car parts (wheels) as a deductible for new parts without my consent. When I asked for my wheels to be returned, I was told they would contact me. That never happened, so I called and was hung up on once I stated my complaint. This company spends a lot of money on attorneys to allow them to treat customers and conduct business in a shady, untrustworthy way. Be careful and shop with Hendrick or someone reputable. Not a old town dealership that doesn’t respect anything but OLD MONEY! By the way, never heard from Burns ever again. My wheels? IDK… I now understand why someone would spray paint their business sign. They treat a lot of people bad. The community has no respect for this business. Do on to others as you would like done to you. God is Good

I wasn’t constantly hounded and nagged about purchasing. We talked. I was given what I needed for my bank. And I was given breathing room over the weekend to do what I needed to do until Monday. Then when Monday came the dealership got in touch with me AFTER my bank got in touch with them. Even when I went back to the dealership to sign the paperwork it was hassle free. No stress involved.

The service writers are not very attentive even when they dont have anybody in front of them. I had an appointment and waited 15-20 mins before any of the service writers approached me. Then when I picked up my car I waited other 15 minutes while my service chewed the fat with somebody about hunting and fishing. I had eye contact several time with my writer during my pick-up, but he proceeded to just talk hunting & fishing. I definitely will be taking my 2019 Corvette LT2 to Hendricks Chevy in Monroe NC for service.

Had 8:30 appointment for a simple oil change, was waiting for over three hours and the tire rotation that they were supposed to do with it never happened. 3 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. This is the second time they did this. First time was four hours. Never again!

Came in for a safety recall and Chris Neal handled the situation as promised in a timely fashion. Excellent work in regards to that issue.A little disappointed in the response about another issue with the truck in that neither Chris nor the person I spoke to on the phone could put in a cost estimate ballpark for an annoyance issue where 2 pieces of the dash are rubbing. Each suggested the same solution and implied I would being paying a labor charge for however long it takes to stop the rubbing. I will likely repair myself, but wish they had been more clear on the costs.

He stated that they drove my vehicle 3 times and there was no duplication of my concern. I then went to pick up my vehicle and spoke with David Stone. I asked had they even changed my oil( originally scheduled for) he became very irrate and argumentative with me in front of a lot of customers. He walked me inside and slammed the paperwork on another workers desk and said HE OWE US $275 FOR A DIAGNOSTIC FEE AND $15 FOR GAS! The other guy was pretty nice and professional. He apologized on Davids behalf and said that David had some issues going on. I told him I had just buried my 16yo son the day before and that I have a lot on my plate as well. All I really needed was to atleast have my oil changed, the main reason for my appointment. I had to find a place to get my oil changed that day, which cost me $97. I recommend if David has some personal issues, he shouldnt bring them into the workplace. The way he talked to me in front of other customers was very unprofessional and unacceptable. The other guy was very professional and told me that the diagnostic fee and gas is taking care of.

I dont think Ill buy from any other dealer again. Honestly, Jess was incredibly helpful with my situation. I pestered her for weeks because I was so determined to replace the same truck someone totaled. She stuck with me and both her and Jeff were able to close the deal on my replacement. Simply put, they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Pretty rare this day and age so its certainly worth mentioning. They even gave me a loaner when cleaning my new truck. Thanks to all of you down there, we will certainly see you again when its time.

Part of service was balancing and rotation of tires. Drove on interstate and car shook at 65 which was not happening prior to service. Checked on screen tire pressure after the car sat for awhile and all were at 30-31(cold). Supposed to be 35.I now have to take another few hours to take my vehicle back to have issued resolved.Update: 2 stars updated to 4. Burns did a great job contacting me and correcting the issue. The team was very courteous on both occasions. I also want to mention I was pleasantly surprised that the pricing for their services are very reasonable!

I was car dreaming and decided to drive through the Burns parking lot, I had my heart set on a Chevy Traverse but I was very specific about what features I wanted for my car (captains chairs in my middle row, etc) and they happened to have a GMC Acadia that meet all of my checklist and way more!! We worked with Woody and he was amazing, he got us in our new car right as we were leaving for a mountain vacation. They made our car buying experience perfect!!!
