This is my 3rd time getting work done here and each and every time it has been a wonderful experience. All of the staff is so friendly and helpful and they are welcoming each and every time. They consistently impress me. They actually remember me and accommodate me and my kid each time we show up. The communication is wonderful and they even help me find ways to save money when possible. The mechanic work is always well done and I feel comfortable with all that the technicians do, they get my car up and running! I have nothing but wonderful things to say.
Very professional and polite staff. Had to get a repair done on my car and the process went smoothly. My service advisor was awesome and so were the technicians. All in all great experience.
Today, I went to Rock Hill Nissan to get an oil change and tire rotation as it was a little behind schedule. As I drove up a gentlemen walked up to my car and said he would be right with me as soon as he pulls the car in front of me up. He came right to my car and introduced himself as William Beaver but you can call him “Beaver”Mr. Beaver made sure to get all of my information on the car and also recommended some other services to me; however, I gracefully declined ☺️. He proceeded to take care of me even after I declined the other services. He did not pressure me, he moved on to get a quote for the tag I wanted to put on the front of my car. I didn’t have a front tag bracket on my car and he was able to accommodate my request. He kept me updated on the progress of my car service. When the car was finished it came out clean as they washed the car and the tag was on the front of my CAR!!! This was exciting for me because I have been waiting several months to get it on. He delivered! Thank you Mr. William Beaver you made my day and week! It isn’t often you find good, kind, pleasant people these days; however, we both hit it off from the time I pulled on the lot. I pray you and your wife have an amazing day and weekend. I hope to see you the next time I visit Rock Hill Nissan.
I took this adventure on my own. I knew what I wanted but purchased what fit me perfectly. Special thanks to Jacob who knew immediately how to assist! Kept it in my budget but stylish as hell. I dont feel like a waited to long to have my vehicle serviced. Everyone at the Rock Hill location is always so polite soft spoken and very helpful to everyone they see that I can tell. They even help people find a finance option for routine maintenance and repairs if they need it. Amazing team over there!

Got to my scheduled appointment a few minutes early and was greeted by Mr. William Beaver. He was a very polite and courteous and a I found out a fellow shipmate of the US Navy.He asked me what I had scheduled and then said leave it to Beaver. I did just that, and was very pleased with everything. I had the pleasure of meeting not only a fellow shipmate but one of the most kindest service managers I have ever dealt with. What can I say! Excellent service from the time I got there until I pulled off the lot. Brice really did all he could to accommodate me and my husband on my car purchase. I went in thinking that I would not get approved from any vehicle but Brice made it happen. I am a new customer, having just purchased my vehicle (used)a few months ago, unfortunately I ran into a few minor problems I took it to the Rock Hill dealership & I was very pleased with the service & courtesy I received. Mr Beaver is awesome, several times he went over & beyond to help me.He always has a smile. This went a long way with me. There was another gentleman I dont recall his title or name, but hes a light -skinned black man, & he would walk around & check on those of us who had a long wait he even offered free refreshments. The others were also great!!!
I plan to purchase a new car within the next few weeks so I went to Nissan on Friday to view my options. Of course as always the sales person wanted to talk numbers and asked what I wanted to put down and what I wanted my payments to be etc. I told him that I wasn’t really sure I just wanted to look at cars. However he insisted on having me fill out this payment form. Once completed he told me he didn’t have anything for me and sent me out the door. I did not look at one single car. How is he going to sell cars without showing them? Oh well jokes on him I been pre-approved with Capitol One and was going finance through them all I wanted to do was look at cars and pick out the one I liked. Oh well I will gladly take my MONEY somewhere else and I won’t step foot back at Nissans. Literally thanks for NOTHING NISSAN!
I came into this place about 2 months ago to get another vehicle and trade in my old one. Customer service is good. I got a high car note so im thinking about trading that vehicle in too. I already paid my first car note. I still have not gotten my license plate for the car. I called twice about it and still no results. I also came to the business 2 weeks ago and they said they were working on it. My 30 tag has been expired and i live in North Carolina. They would not even give me another new 30 day tag due to some type of shortage. Out of good customer service, they offer to pay for my rental til they can obtain my license plate for me which is a plus plus. I really do like this company.
First time there and service and customer skills were excellent. They seem to value their customers. Mr. Beaver was my service advisor and he was awesome and patient and explain everything to me in detail.
Jeremy was great ! I needed a oil change and as soon as I pulled up he came outside and greeted me and asked me what all I needed done. I also asked a few questions about some issues I was having with the car and he answered all of them and fixed everything! He was also super helpful last time I was in there. We just returned from RH Nissan where the service was fine, as usual. However, the price of labor there increased 80%. The labor for a simple oil change went from $20 to $36.95 - just for labor. The oil, filter, and disposal charges were extra. I can no longer afford to go there. The Toyota neighbor still charges under $15 for their labor. When we brought this up, the service advisor just smiled. Nice people but I shouldnt throw away nearly $20 over what the neighboring dealership charges.The clip shows the labor charges comparing one visit to the next.
Absolutely amazing experience! Mike T went above and beyond to make sure we were in exactly the car we wanted and needed! The entire rest of the dealership was extremely friendly, helpful and the whole process went very quickly. If you were looking for a new car, absolutely absolutely stop by Rock Hill Nissan! You won’t be disappointed!
Merna is amazing she works hard to make sure the customer is satisfied. I think she is your best customer service rep. My only issue is the tech should have asked for help. My car was done in an hour and I had to wait an additional 1.5 hours because of the glove compartment debacle.

Wife took our 2021 Rouge in for its first oil change. Staff was very friendly as always. The Tech Stuart also took care of a recall issue as well. He explained everything he did to my wife and got her back on the road quickly. Quality work and friendly employees is why we only do business with Rock Hill Nissan
They are awesome! After a terrible experience in Greenville, we called Rock Hill and they quickly found us what we wanted, gave us a great deal, Brian Williams picked us up from the county airport in the car we were coming to test drive and buy (a 15 minute drive for them) and swiftly went through the paperwork since we were in a rush but also made sure we understood everything. There was one feature I wanted in the car and wasn’t included in the package, and Rebecca gave us the information for a guy who could install them for us. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

Awesome staff. I was greeted immediately and treated great! I do want to make a special mention of MICHAEL who was working the customer service desk in the showroom area. He is an absolute superstar! I had the opportunity to watch him interact with customers. One specific interaction was with a young mother and her 4 year old. Michael saw them come in and immediately went to get a blow up ball and treat for the little girl. She was playing in the kids room in the waiting area and her face was priceless when he stepped inside, gave her the surprises and spoke to her. You could tell she had been there before. Michael addressed her and her mother by name and you could tell the little girl definitely remembered him.Michael is a shining star in your organization and I look forward to seeing him on my next service!

After dealing with a nightmare of a vehicle, damage that was overlooked from the previous owner, and more headaches and tears than one should associate with buying a car - the whole situation was made right by Shelby in service, Mr Porter and Mr Blue in management, and Wood in finance. All four worked with the GM to make sure we got our problems resolved. My husband and I are very loyal and have a long history of purchasing cars with RH Nissan. These people in particular have ensured our long standing business for years to come, and I couldnt be more thrilled with their efforts. Every business should model their customer relation and resolution policies this way. (Side note, Shelby and Hector in service are the best and my go-tos!)

This is the first time since taking my car to Nissan that I have been totally satisfied! My car was done in the least amount of time ever, they took me to the store while waiting, that is a first and they washed my car. That was a first also. The dealer in Florida where I bought my car had always washed it. I sure hope this is going to continue.

We use this place because it is local. As a customer you feel like you can trust a dealership with your vehicle for services especially if it is one of their vehicles. However, that is not the case they always do something to disappoint us. We try to take care of our vehicles as best as we can. We get all the services done on time and it is pretty costly. They always have different people in the service department which in turns makes us have to go over the same issues each and every time. From the smallest of things like leaving off the valve stem covers, to not putting all the oil in when we get oil changes. to stating that things we pay for is getting fixed then the next time you bring it to them they tell you that it is what needs to be fixed. They have quoted me prices for services and then when it is time to get my vehicle they try to pull a fast one over by telling me to sign the paper. No i read the fine print and compare prices. The list of things I can say about this place can go on and on. I just feel like we need to take our vehicle to a different Nissan dealership although it is an hour away. Please make sure if you do take your vehicle here that you are checking every single thing and keeping all records.

Posted a review a week ago and can’t see it so here goes. Took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. They suggested I needed to change the air filter ( $40; 20 parts/ $20 labor) and fuel injection cleaner. Only 17,000 miles On my 2017 Altima that still smells brand new! Final bill was $377! $230+ was labor! I won’t let them service my car again. Turns out I didn’t really need the “extra” services done! They make unnecessary suggestions to hike the charges up. Won’t get me again…. What I needed would’ve cost me less than $100 at a small business elsewhere.
The salesman was super duper knowledgeable, thorough and made me feel like I was joining a family. The Nissan family!

My experience was outstanding from the time I called to make my appointment to the time I picked up my vehicle!! Hector my service advisor was super friendly and helpful and explained everything and although I left my vehicle while I went to work I felt like I was right there because the technician that was actually servicing my vehicle sent me a video showing me and explaining everything that I asked about which made me comfortable! And I can’t forget about the the fact they not only took me to where I needed to go when dropping my vehicle off as soon as it was done they came and picked me up and they have the nicest transport team around!! I have been a proud Nissan owner for many years and I have to say the service experience at this location as a whole is by far been the best!! I really liked what seemed to be a new tone around the dealership. I had my oil changed on Monday, and a bunch of maintenance work done on Wednesday, and never felt (as I had on all previous visits) that sense of omg, we must up-sell this customer! I didnt feel any hard-sell or as if I was a target. Shelby Steed, who worked with me both days, did a great job of letting me know what my car needed and setting expectation on cost and timing of repairs. Complements to Ms. Steed.
Hector, in the service dept., is amazing and we will continue to work with him whenever needed. He goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Make sure to ask for Linda when searching for your new car. She is THE BEST. This is our second vehicle with Rock Hill and we won’t go anywhere else, even though we drive over an hour to get to them. Called to make an appointment to get my oil change during my lunch break. I arrive thinking that I am about to get my service done since I already had an appointment. No, I had to put my information back in the system and be told it may take over an hour to get my oil change. What was the point of making an appointment if I am going to have to still wait over an hour.
I made an appointment to have the 115,000 mile maintenance done on my car. When I got there they asked if I was there for an oil change and tire rotation, neither of which I wanted. I specifically asked that I not be called about sales as I have in the past. In the past I was told that they would notated it and it wasn’t a problem. This time I was told that wasn’t an option and if a sales call did come, it would come from Florida and I just shouldn’t answer. The sales call did come, not from Florida, and the gentleman said that he was from the service department. He wasn’t. His manager had supposedly told him that my car was in great shape and that y’all wanted to buy it. I finally had to point-blank tell him that I was not interested in sales and I hung up. I’ll will likely go elsewhere in the future. You should trust your customers to know when they’re ready to buy or sell.

First, Jolee got approved what another sales manager said couldn’t be done (cost one of his reps this deal) but that allowed me to work with Mike who was stellar. The car buying experience was great.Then came finance. I didn’t notice until after signing that the wrong dollar amount had been entered (my fault) to their credit Nissan corrected it to accurately reflect to what I’d agreed to but Capital One wouldn’t correct my account.Finance manager, JAMES SCOTT, got involved and went above and beyond to ensure my account was corrected. He was pleasant, persistent and professional at all times and saved this 5 star rating for this dealership! I really appreciate his efforts.I recommend that you go see Mike if you want to purchase a new or used vehicle. I love my like new, new to me, 2018 Hyundai Sonata and thanks to Jolee, Mike and especially James, I am a very happy customer. Also, shout out to Kia who was my original finance officer. Brought my car in for new brakes, I was informed I needed brakes all around. I was sent text messages or a phone call letting me know before any work was completed so I could approve the work. I was able to rent a car and have that service ready for me when I dropped my car off to pick up the best day. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Great Service!

Friendly people and quick service. The inspection video is really great. Allows you to see what the tech sees. A simple web page allows you to approve or disapprove any service and you are kept you to date via text while you wait. Everything feels transparent and genuine here unlike other places I’ve been.
I came in only because of a letter I had received. I had planned on buying a car next year, after I purchased a house and my car was paid off. However, I told my sales man the conditions necessary for me to buy. They worked hard to get me the deal I wanted, and for the third time in my life, I left with a brand new car. My salesman, Brice Moore was excited, not only for the commission I assumed he was likely to receive, but for the deal he was able to get me.

My Rock Hill Nissan experience began in December of 2020, I had purchased several car and vans from Rock Hill Nissan some 20 plus years ago and was always treated fairly. So while out riding, contemplating buy a new car I stopped in, salesman Brian Williams came out and introduced himself and we found a common like, golf. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me a few vehicles. I told him I would have wait until I closed in my refinance Mortgage before I could buy a car and that it may be a month or so before that would happen. Every couple of weeks after our initial conversation, Brian took the time to reach out to me, we mostly talked about our terrible golf games but he always updated me on what he had on the lot and that he really wanted to do business with me. That was very important to me. When thing became difficult during the process to close this deal, Brian I felt listen to my concerns and request. That is all you can ask of a salesman.
