I cant say enough good things about the cookie store. Its the only place in the galleria that has always been a constant. Ive been taking my daughter her whole life, shes 25 now and soon I will get to share this memory with my grandson. You guys truly are amazing. Oh and if you dont see what you want on display they will make it for you

This over priced nasty old cookies and frost bit pretzel bites place will never ever get another penny or half a penny from us. Also the old woman that works there has a horrible attitude. Do NOT waste your money and disappoint your kids or yourself.

Love this place! Cookies are made fresh and delicious. The salted pretzels are so good... I have to get one every time I’m at the mall.

Shout to the cookie store in the galleria mall. My kiddos love these (sugar and chocolate chip) cookie cakes for their birthdays, and the owners and staff at The Cookie Store are always amazing to work with.

David and his wife are very nice. They make their own dough for the pretzel bites. My whole family loves there bites better than anywhere else. The staff is great and if it’s not I let the managers know and they fix it. They are looking for great staff and want to train the staff to be the best. David said if he doesn’t know, he can’t fix it. You guys are the best. Thank you!

Was just there. Ordered a banana shake. Was told Im not doing shakes at the moment. Employee must have McDonalds experience.....Shake machine is broken. .....But this one offered no explanation at all???? I think she was just too lazy to make a shake!

I used to work at this location. Cookies are frozen. Pretzels are home made and then frozen. Sheet pans are not cleaned so everything is baked on old dirty trays. Dishes are washed and then sanitized in bleach. Not correctly washed and sanitized. The milkshakes are made without ice cream. Tea is sometimes left for days after being made. Brownies are made days before and left wrapped in a bag with holes in it.I am surprised that this place is even still open with how David and Donna run this place.

I am obsessed with this place!! Cannot get enough of their snickerdoodle and sugar cookies & cakes! The perfect treat for any day, and perfect gift to bring to a holiday party. If you’re in the area, make a point to treat yourself with one of their delicious goodies!

After the customer ahead of me was given poor service by a rude employee I experienced the same bad attitude and poor work ethic.I was the only person in line and simply ordered a pretzel with no salt, sauce and a drink. After 10 plus minutes of waiting I was handed a heavily salted pretzel and a few minutes later the cheese because she was to busy on her phone to realize they had run out. After receiving the last of my order I said thank you, as any polite person would do only to be a knowledged with a glare and for her to turn away. I did not return the order because I did not have time to wait for 15 more minutes.This store has the perfect snack options for a decent price, but we will not be doing return business after today.

I have never eaten an actual cookie from this place but I have occasionally gotten a drink, icee, etc from here while shopping in the mall and the people are always friendly and quick. It is located in center court in the food court and is without a doubt the busiest place in the food court and there is usually a VERY long line, especially during holidays, sale times, layaways, etc. It seems that they keep it moving, though. Would recommend as their cookies and cakes look great!!
