Deirdre M. Assisted me with an issue. She was very knowledgeable and courteous in her explanation of my issue. Turns out that there was a misunderstanding in the information. I have been renting from storage renters of America since 2019 and for the past few years they dont let you know anything ahead of time about any changes that they are doing with their prices on these storage units and it a shame that they do that no phone call or anything but they will send you an email with the changes for the next time when you have to pay from them they just make whatever changes and you have to pay them regardless if you want to keep your stuff I cant wait for the day that I can get my stuff from their facility s ready to get .y stuff ASAP

Moving is very aggy as we all know, I was looking for a place to store my housing supplies. I was referred by a family member not knowing that I would run into Miss Dee the property lady she was very helpful. I was undecided on what size unit I needed she gave me the whole run down of size and cost with a great selection in size I cant think her and storage unit enough. You have made my moving experience helpful motivational and easy. Thanks so much Im very satisfied and will now and the feature reccomend you all to family and friends.

The customer service was A1 👍🏾. The manager made it a point to learn my name but as for the pricing they increased the price twice within a 12 month span. What started out as an affordable unit became ridiculously priced this is why I have to give it a 2 star rating.

Dee, the property manager, is super sweet and helpful. The facility looks a little older but our unit has been well kept.

The storage facility was just recently bought out by Storage Rentals of America. Ive always had a great experience, and I think that experience has gotten even better since Ms. Yolanda (manager) is there. Shes personable and is willing to support us as customers anyway possible. She is always there, and the facilty is well maintained. If youre looking for a unit, this is the place for you.

Dee runs the show in Rock Hill and she is awesome. Very helpful and interested in serving the tenants well.

This is probably the worst storage place in town. $10-$20 a month more than anyone else in town. The lower units flood. Some even have concrete troughs cut out to allow for water to FLOW THROUGH your unit. The manager is completely inadequate. I rented a unit one day and came back about 6 PM to load in my belongings and she had put a lock on my unit. I had just paid for it that morning. After 2 hours on the phone with corporate I finally got the area manager to come and unlock the unit so it was after 10 PM before I could actually unload my trailer. Ive paid very late before and after I did pay she didnt remove their lock for over a week and I had to chase her around the lot to get the lock taken off. The manager is almost never in the office (her excuse was corporate didnt provide her any help and she had to do everything herself, even though Ive met the other person working there.) so it is nearly impossible to catch anyone to pay your bill but they have no problem tacking on $10 for you being late. Horrible horrible horrible place to rent storage.

Mrs. Wanda and Mr. Charles were very helpful and we received excellent service. She took me around to look at units to find the correct size for our needs. She was very helpful. They both helped get our account set up the way we needed it. I highly recommend this storage facility if you are looking for professionalism and customer courtesy. 5⭐ all the way!

I originally was doing research for Public Storage due to Rates & Specials. Went to SRoA because they were closer. SRoA had Higher rates & No Specials. Dee & YoYo jumped on the tasks. They worked diligently for the Best Customer service experience. Would recommend giving them the opportunity.

Didi has always been very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I appreciate all she does. When I need extra room, she always seems able to accommodate me. She should be considered a valuable employee by her supervisors and co-workers. She is an honest and good person to work with.

I had spoke with the folks about 2 weeks before I rented. I wasnt going to rent until April or May 2018, but when I decided I need the storage unit they worked with me in getting me into one on March 1. I had wanted a 15x20 originally but one was not open so I said I would take a 20x20 until one 15x20 opened. When I arrived they informed me that a 15x20 had opened that morning and they cleaned it out and it was ready for me. Some others may have just let me rent the bigger unit for a couple of months to get the extra money, but these folks stuck by thier word. THERE ARE DECENT PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD. JHYLAND

Went to try to get a small storage unit for a couple of items, the price was ridiculous for a small unit and the customer service was absolutely terrible. The lady had an attitude and wasnt any help at all . Only gave it one star because I couldnt rate it any lower.

My code did not work. When I returned with my items to place them into storage. We did not have access into the gate. I had to dail the 1-800 number in order for them to give me a different code. Than I was given the wrong storage unit number.
