I cant ever get anyone to answer when I call American Homepatient - I keep receiving bills for my CPAP and supplies from American Homepatient, but when I call to ask about it I get someone at Lincare who tells me I actually have a credit on my account and no overdue balance. Ive been told by three people at Lincare (as well as one rep at American Homepatient and my doctors office) that Lincare now controls the billing for CPAP supplies that were originally under American Homepatient and to ignore the invoices from American Homepatient, and yet they keep coming. Ive been calling the billing number for American Homepatient since 8AM this morning and it just keeps ringing busy. I cant speak to anyone via chat or email support, and the number wont connect me with anyone who can help. This has easily been the most frustrating experience Ive ever had with a company.

I wish I could give negative stars. Can not express enough how these people dropped the ball and do not get patients what they need. Unprofessional, not truthful and not Medicare accredited. Not in business for patient care.

This has to be the worst supplier in the history of suppliers.They charged my insurance incorrectly, and then spent months ignoring me, only to call and ask if they can ship me new supplies and then shipped the wrong tubing for my machine.I dont know if they actually want my business for not. It doesnt seem like it.

This companies merged with Lincare had multiple problems with this company ask for manager multiple times no manager is brought to the phone line and then when I did call the main office they told me they had to call another state another area for a management person that is the part of the problem with this company theres no accountability and the patience and your billing are left in limbo I got a bill from this company over a year how old thats how bad it is when my insurance paid on it within 15 days it took them a year to finally send me the bill so yeah youll be sorry if you deal with them and if you feed up eBay sell parts too do search on ebay
