People are cool to work with, but they wont pay anyone a raise no matter how long you work here. And I hear they fight your unemployment claims here. Im owed a raise and that was over a month ago.

I love the bed, very comfortable. After two months of owning there is a big dip on the edge of one side. I submitted a warranty claim online and never received a call back. I then called the 800 number and was redirected to and different office. Once I got the right person they showed no record of my warranty claim. Guy was very nice and said he would mail me a form to fill out and send back in. We will see how this plays out.

We have had the HD1000 Heavy Duty Mattress set for 5 years and love it,great support and firmness. We highly recommend this Mattress to all of our relatives.

Permanently laid off numerous employees that had been with the company for YEARS (14+ and 26+ are two just two of them) so they could hire new ones are a lower wage and cut hours. Its all about the profit. Dont support their pockets. Shop elsewhere.

Ill never not sleep on a Therapedic mattress.

I bought a bed from these folks and bammm...now its trash after 6 yrs...it cost me 3k...waste of money
