Van Wall, (and Mr. Rob Orendorff) are totally customer oriented and trustworthy. They deliver superior service, reliable pick up and delivery and much more. Pricing is very competitive and their product line is extensive. Their service department is staffed with employees that compliment Van Walls Five Starr rating, and are spot on when making values judgements about repairs.

Took a power washer in to see why it wouldnt start. They tell me it would be 4 weeks before they could look at it. The priority was the John Deere Classic. Really? The Classic is here a week. The residents are here much longer.

Great place to get Stihl and Honda parts

THIS PLACE RAN A PROMO THROUGH WQAD A COUPLE YEARS BACK. I WON A PIECE OF GARBAGE SNOWBLOWER THAT NEVER STARTED. EVER. WHEN I BROUGHT IT BACK TO THEM, THEY TRIED CHARGING ME A $75 SERVICE FEE. I LEFT IT THERE AND NEVER LOOKED BACK. I WOULD RECOMMEND BUYING EQUIPMENT ELSEWHERE.
