They have plenty of flowers, plants and gifts to pick from for whatever occasion you need it for. Some of the gifts are retail priced and expensive. They have seasonal plants and gifts also. The attendant was very helpful in picking several gifts I needed. They will make special arrangements that you request.

We lost our parents on June 26th & July 20, 2019. My father was a decorated vet & the service was on RI Arsenal 10/18/19. The flowers arrived but just as service was ending.Hy-Vee not only felt horrible but went above & beyond to try and make up for it by sending us a beautiful plant, amazing fruit basket and a Hy-Vee gift card. If that wasnt enough ( and it was) they credited back then entire charge for the flowers ( over $300.00)Were we disappointed, yes but so grateful to HyVee for going above and beyond to satisfy us, the customer.Thank you HyVee. Will definitely use you again.In life things happen. When you lose both parents within 3 weeks it makes you appreciate life and reminds us not to sweat things out of your control.Charlene Mills

I called and asked if they delivered at this time of day, 3 pm. They did not know and put me on hold to find out??? and hung up. 5 minutes goes by before I can get them back on the phone and they still do not know if they deliver.
