The staff at this location was great. I had issues with my payments . They were thoughtful and accomoding as well as patient.

Its been 3 days and the lock is still on my door... I paid my bill, and have E-mail confirmation. Thinking about cutting it off myself....

I couldnt help but give the 2 excellent gents that was working that noon shift the best ratings. Very helpful & thoughtful at the same time. The lady that worked or opened the store had a nasty attitude, wasnt welcoming, unprofessional & rude so we left & came back. The 2 gents which I couldnt remember their names made our final experience at uhaul in East Moline, IL memorable. Your company & team is blessed to such kind & cheerful employees like yall.

Gave our reservation away. No phone call to confirm we didn’t want it. Absolutely no help in finding another solution.

Not sure what others have against this location, but the folks here were accommodating, professional and timely. I needed a hitch install and they were able to get me in within 24 hrs of calling. All other U-Haul locations were 3 weeks out on hitch installations, but this location came thru! Highly recommended.

Update 7/6/2020 i was now charged an additional $30. The original agreement was $70 ive now beem charged $130 total so far.. If im charged again im calling the police.Was hung up on 3 times before actually just showing up. the employee was very rude. Was told i cant rent over night but can bring it back and rerent same truck in the morning. I will go else where next time. Hertz will def grt my money next time. Also was given a truck that wasnt inspected or cleaned. The dolly was loose in the back and then was charged 30 dollars extra on my card. I called and asked said i would ve refunded and was still cahrged for something i never used and for a truck that wasnt dirty when returned. This place is a joke and im contacting the BBB and reporting this

We are a small business. With growth come storage.We picked UHaul in rock island as it is a ideal location. For us working throughout all Quad Cities.Never rented a unit before so we unsure of what to expect. The team made it a VERY easy process!The units are nice, clean and they even provide carts to help you load and unload.The manager Caleb has gone over and beyond to ensure our happiness. Even offered once to come down after hours once when we couldnt get the door code to work.unit.Its nice to be able to go to a place that is not only safe but also has a great staff to make you feel comfortable!Thank you for confirming we made the right choice coming to UHaul!

Fairly new store but rather rude and unprofessional staff. Rented twice with poor experiences both times. Convenience of this location is not worth the trouble. Much better and customer friendly options out there in the QC, with Uhaul itself.

Never using uhaul again!!! Took my money and didnt return my deposit, even tho I was entitled to it! Now noone knows whats going on!

Price to high for10 by15 to small

I rented a unit and then management changed me to another unit without my permission. I asked for my money back as they broke the contract and I am still waiting on them to refund my money to me.
