Extremely knowledgeable, I was passing through WY and was having an issues with my Ram truck, I thought it was a turbo issue but they took a look at it and found a clamp on the intake was the problem, they corrected it while I waited and got me back on the road, my truck is running great and they clearly know what they are doing.Thanks Guys!

We were traveling through the area when we noticed our truck smoking more than it should! Took to these guy to have it analyzed and turns out it needed new injectors! Zac took great care of us! Truck run great and we were back on the road! I would highly recommend this shop, great group of guys!

Truck broke down 30 miles outside of town, my transmission exploded:(, they were nice enough to look at right then for me so i could keep pgoin on my trip, they unloaded my camper and reloaded it up and did a great job . Great work and great people if need anything dont hesitate to stop

Spent $7000 at the shop and had to bring it back three times Because of fuel lines were not tightened and exhaust ports that were open leaking exhaust into the cab, Leaving grease on doorhandles hood latches And steering wheel! Employees telling me that I actually had the Audacity To bring in a truck with a dirty undercarriage! “I was motherf$&@$& who ever brought this in” Said there highly trained dodge mechanic!!

Great place and better people and Ive never personally heard anything bad about this place.

We were traveling through Rock Springs and had a fuel system issue with our truck. We called them and they were able to order the part and get us right in. Jason was amazing taking time to explain and help diagnose our “limping” issue. So thankful that Jason and Liz helped us!

Truly an outstanding crew. I was stranded 1200 miles from home with turbo issues on my modified Powerstroke when I found this shop by chance and they jumped into action to get me back on the road asap. Even going so far as to give me a ride to the rental car place while we were waiting for custom parts to arrive.Not only did they not try to take advantage of me (which they easily could have considering I was stranded so far from home), they gladly answered the 100 questions I had and walked me through what needed to be done.They far exceeded my expectations and I was very fortunate to have found them.

This place is a total joke worst shop I have ever done business with but far! I would never recommend this place to anyone screwed me twice and about eleven grand later I had to get a new truck!! I only got about maybe 4000 miles on my truck before it went down and almost killed me because they are no good and they would not even try to make it right so I have been steering a lot of people away from these clowns!!!!!

I made an appt yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation on my dodge. Upon dropping it off the tech asked if all I wanted was an oil change. I asked the tech about a simple 12/24 pt. inspection to check the other fluids in the truck to see how we were doing and discussed the other services we had just had completed at our last service at another dealer. When I picked it up my bill was almost $250! I realize shop prices can be all over the board and I didnt say anything at first as my husband and another gentlemen were having a discussion about doing deletes. I called a little while later to ask about the 1.5 hours labor charge on an oil change and was told it was due to all the other stuff I wanted done ????? Checking fluids?????? Really? Most shops include a 24 point inspection with any oil change, including the dealership and this price was easily 30% more than the dealership. Not happy with my bill.

From fuel filters to full on racing engines for pull trucks this shop can do it all!

Royal a** service had 4 different buddies take there trucks there all came out with worse problems then they went in with. also can never hit there original deadline and find magical prices to add to the total cost.

My 78 year old Dad, on a trip across country with his F350 6.7 powerstroke, had the intercooler pipe blow off. Had his truck towed into Addicted Diesel in Rock Springs WY to get a new pipe installed, over $400 later they sent him down the road with the new pipe. He only got a little over 200 miles and it blew off again. He called them numerous times with no answer, I called numerous times with no answer. After over an hour of calling I finally got ahold of someone there and was told that it was too bad it broke again, they would not do anything to help my dad out, were not willing to drive 3 hours out to where he sat stranded on the side of the road. So my 78 year old dad has to try and fix it himself, with all the 18 wheelers blowing past him on the busy interstate. Im 1500 miles away, so I am not able to do much good to him other than trying to help him figure out how to get it back together by phone, but with an unreliable cell phone connection. So, as far as Im concerned, THESE GUYS SUCK!!!
