Great store and in these challenging times they do get some good things in stock. Weekday staff is fantastic. Very thankful they are here. Also a great place for transfers.

I stop in to look at their fire arm and found one I actually wanted price negotiated with the lady there and she called the owners of that particular gun on consignment and they agreed to the price I then filled out the FFL paper work and was delayed so she said she would put it back and would call when it gets a proceed I live in Rawlins wy and their shop is in rock springs so I drove back home and waited that was on a Thursday September 3rd and she told me since its been delayed I could come and pick it up on the following Thursday and that she would put it back . THAT IS NOT WHAT THEY DID VICKI CALLED ME TUESDAY MORNING AND TOLD ME I WAS APPROVED AND I COULD COME PICK UP MY FIRE ARM. WELL WHEN THEY GOT TO LOOKING FOR IT IT WAS NOT THERE THE LADY SOLD IT RIGHT OUT FROM UNDER ME AND NOW I HAVE APPROVAL PAPERWORK THERE WITH NO FIRE ARM HOW IS THAT FOR A PLACE TO SELL FIRE ARM. CANT TUST THEM. I HAVE A CALL INTO BBB AND THE LOCAL PAPERS WELL SEE IF THEY WANT TO FIX THIS . I AM NOT GOING AWAY. And I am reporting this to the ATF also. You are not going to do this to someone else it is wrong and you know it.And now they refuse to answer their phones to try to rectify what they have done I have tried calling them twice. .t ODay is September 12 and still no word from them and still not answering phones.

Went in looking for a quality holster at a reasonable price, ended up leaving with my holster and a bunch of extras that I wasnt intending to buy because the prices were just that good! Good family run store. Always take the time to great you when you walk in and are super helpful if you cant find what youre looking for. If they dont have it they will get it quickly as well. Good selection at fair prices, the way a store should be!

I have had good luck at Trailhead Guns over many years. I always deal with Joanie who works M-F. She has managed to meet or beat the best internet price on all my purchases. She is more than willing to do special orders. Just know what you want&they can meet reasonable expectations.

Ive dealt with Trailhead Guns a few times over the past 4 years and hey have always treated me right.I just had a gun transferred from another FFL today and the whole process took less than 30 min including me filling out the paperwork.Ive found their prices to be pretty much on par with what I have found in bigger cities.

Horrible customer service and employees with below average knowledge. Also bought a handgun there they kept the case and all accessories and sold it separately which they are supposed to come with the gun. Stay away save some money and go somewhere else.
