Greeted at door by super friendly associate. Asked about refrigerators. He pointed them out and said he would have someone meet us there. That associate helped us pick out a refrigerator. Gave us awesome advice. He helped us find the style we liked then found the best price. I will be coming back!
These guys are pretty awesome, I was there in the evening and the customer service was great, the gentleman that helped me get a new phone stayed until past closing time to ensure my phone was set up properly and that everything was synced from my other phone. He didnt complain once or even mention that they were supposed to be closed at that time. I am very grateful for this best buy team! :)
1st time Ive been to best buy in quite some time. Overall, impressed with how the store has changed. Went there for the specific purpose of buying a new TV that was on sale. Patrick helped with the purchase and provided exemplary service .. if this is an indicator of what I can expect in the future, Ill be back.

Went to look as I was in need of a new laptop and Best Buy had a big sale going on. The sales person was very knowledgable and answered all questions. Prices were great. Bought not only a laptop but a 2 in 1. Wonderful place to shop.

I went there to get a new phone for my mom..the guy working there was so helpful. I was expecting to go home and have a lot of setup to do but he did everything for us and we left with a brand new working phone. Best Buy is highly recommended.
Awful.... tried to get a printer that was 499.99. I was owed 30 dollars in points... corporate told me to hold on. Than told me 24 to 48 hrs. I just used Amazon... The 30 dollars was neither here or there. It was the customer service. You tell me 3 minutes. Then change it to 24 to 48 hrs...The Best Buy people in the store were amazing.
Its just a waste of time stopping here, ask over 2 weeks for this headphones. And cant buy them and made me wait 30 minutes until I asked if they were gonna help me, well this chick came by and was like what do you need so we walk there as soon as told her she was like nop we dont have them, then why you keep them advertise.. last week told me that this week now they dont care
Buy online 1/2 the price and better return policy. Best buy does not take returns after 14 days. Thats an extremely short window. I will never shop best buy again. High prices and a terrible return policy enough said
I have access to Geek Squad and they help me with all my computer issues. I buy my home use laptop computers there as well. Its easy for me. Their staff is very knowledgeable.
Very helpful staff. Most of the items are in stock and ready to go (barring the new consoles and gpus). May take a few minutes to be helped, but the staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Would recommend.

I stopped in at the store to simply droop my lap top off to have my drive size increased to 512gig and was told I could not drop it off and would have to set up an appointment and than return. Not only inconvenient but they had members of their Geek Squad just standing behind the counter. I have purchased 4 computers, washer & dryer, refrigerator and 3 computers from them! Guess what, I wont be back! They apparently no longer want to provide service unless you belong to the club.
Store is still well stocked at this time. Might be wise to get electronics and appliances soon before stock runs low.
Too high priced, friendly people, helpful, low inventory (not their problem) but when my Bluetooth gave out after 6 months, they didnt care (display model) and it forced me to buy another one

Came looking for a laptop charger the 1st young associate guy was no help didn’t ask any questions about what model of laptop I had was given the wrong charger when I asked him if we could check if it was the right one made face. I just got done with him and was walking through the isles when 2nd associate asked if I need help and she was really helpful and sweet. Gave me special detail about what charger I needed and did not give me any attitude. Never was I rude to any ppl forget what customer service means.
If you’re not dress well they won’t even look at you and workers act like they’re the actual owners. The only good thing about Best Buy is their price match policy to other retailers, but yet shop at Target or somewhere else other than here.

This one seemed better stocked than many. Rather disappointed at the selection of Android tablets. Im getting the feeling that if a company doesnt buy space inside a Best Buy, they dont get in a Best Buy. If you want an Amazon fire tablet or a Samsung Galaxy tablet you can find a display of each. But if you want a very fine tablet by Lenovo youll find one cheap one and thats about it.

They know nothing about pc or laptops. Laptops that come from this store require frequent factory resets to get basic functions back like audio and brightness settings. 800$ equipment should not go through this when minimaly used for two or 3 forms of software.
We asked the employee at the front door where to find something and he was able to have one of the gaming systems brought up to us so we didnt have to walk through the store. Everyone was very polite and helpful

Good rewards programming can you usually find what you want there, better than waiting for something to come in from Amazon.
So now apparently Best Buy has many of their electronics products that they only honor a return on of 14 days. Why should anyone purchase electronics they carry if they only have 14 days worth of faith in? I know will never again shop there. Time for them to go out of business.
Their return policy is 15 days. I went over that & they still gave me a store credit so I bought something else I wanted. Good CS IMO.

Not the neatest but it has most things one would expect. I dont often see controllers on the shelves though and I do wish they had their gamers club still... Also wish that their best buy gift cards can be redeemed for steam gift cards.

My experience was ok. I dont like how the staff rushes you when you are making a request or if youre not sure of something. I felt very rushed to get me out of the store. I understand customer service but staff need to be a little calmer when dealing with a customer. I was also sold the wrong product so I had to return (both, employee and I admitted fault for not checking things). Overall, it was alright and I will definitely return for my needs.

In the past I have had not so great experiences at Best Buy. I am getting my internet service upgraded to fiber and needed a new modem. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me choose a router that would work for my needs. I could have ordered it off amazon but talking to someone and understanding what would meet my needs made Best Buy the correct place for me to purchase the modem.

I dont shop here alot, only when i have to. Its changed so much. I could usually go and find a dvd...yes i still buy them...without ordering online. Not anymore. The only plus is they did have alot of sales people on the floor.
I love this place for everything. I wish they sold groceries. Lol. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable about anything and everything that best buy carries. I was always that guy when prompted would you like the warrantee with that? I immediately said no. Well not anymore, best buy has the simplest warrantee program, no hidden catches just straight forward warrantee. I love being an elite member with access to special pricing. One thing that is making me drop my rating is due to the fact I cannot pre order the ps5 even with elite status nor was I notified of a time or date that it was available for pre order! Best buy has let me down!

They dont carry graphics cards anymore at all and make no provisions so that customers like enthusiast PC builders or gamers have any chance to compete with bots online buying stuff the second it becomes available. You used to at least be able to get a mid grade video card now you cant even do that theres not really anything I need to go to Best buy for at all anymore. Very sad Ive tried to use them exclusively for all my electronics over the years. They should at least make it so they have some inventory exclusively for in store purchase.
Cooper T. Was an absolute joy to work with. Unbelievable they only had him and one other guy working the entire cell phone section on Cyber Monday. But Cooper rose to the occasion and was the soul purpose of our purchase. He was informative, prompt, and very educating.

Called to verify the product I needed was in stock, went to the store and was told the inventory must have been wrong, ordered the part from them anyways in store for next day delivery and it ended up being a week until it arrived. Customer service kept hanging up on me when I would call for updates since I received no information besides the email from the initial purchase. Save yourself the frustration and order your computer parts elsewhere.

The employees here never know facts about anything. I was told about the return date for products, then was told something different when I came to return the item and could not get my money back. Yet it was my fault that their employees are not properly told and confirmed to have the right information. This is the 3rd time this best buy manager has failed their employee learning and I will no longer shop here and have told others not to. You cant run a store with employees that lie to customers and expect to succeed. You WILL get angry customers. Ill happily spend my money elsewhere.

First time I have ever used the purchase online and curbside pickup. Was very easy and when I registered that I had arrived my purchase was delivered to my car within 2 minutes 👍

Its best buy, what can I say really. Never had a bad experience here. Only issue is with curbside pickup, it always takes too long. Even the app says taking longer than expected.
Two online orders here in the past week. For the indoor pickup order, it was not clear where to go like it is in other stores (such as Kohls)--they use only one line for both online pickups and for any customer service issues, which means that you get to wait longer than necessary. For a curbside pickup during an otherwise empty store time, two different orders waited for over 15 minutes before needing to go into the store to get their orders (the app states that someone will be outside with the items in 5 minutes).If I knew it would take this long (after getting messages stating the orders were ready for pickup), I could go in instead and pick it (and pay) myself in less time than it takes to wait. Bummer.

Funny how Best Buy has 50 people working in the store to ask you every 15 seconds if you need help... But if you call the store you have to sit on hold for half an hour just to talk to a person... Unnecessary and unacceptable.After being asked by 50 people my wife decided she wanted to order a new kindle. After being told it would be here in a week now Im being told (on the day its supposed to arrive) that it wont be here for another 2 days. This company is a joke. I will not purchase another item from this place. Amazon delivers on time thanks.
