A few years ago I ordered a stafffor a horizantal hung flag. $15 +/-, when it came in, it was a broom handle with2 rubber gizmos. $1.each? handle 3ft rounded on one end cut off on other.no paint, cost maby $5. total I paid15.00$ was imbarased for all of us.
