You will never come to Target and leave empty handed, they always have something you didn’t even come to the store for. Their return policy is amazing, friendly workers and the store is clean and organized unlike its competitors. Love shopping here and haven’t yet had a bad experience shopping at this location, keep up the great job, Target!

This was my first time trying it. My pickup was fast and easy and the associates were very understanding about my rush as I had a child having a sensory meltdown with me. Definitely will be coming back for future orders.

Store is very clean and organized! The staff is super friendly and it’s what you expect. It’s better than most stores in the area we really like coming here to shop 5/5 even bathrooms are super clean and have nice changing tables for little one!

In all honesty it was my fault for trusting an employee to find/look up an item and asking him three times if its the correct product that I needed, taking his word for it after. But still feelin he deserves 1 star

Every night, the self checkouts are closed down between 9-9:30pm. This makes guests have to stand in line at the one or two registers that are open. This is the only store I know of that has this practice. I barely go to this location because of it. It is bad policy to make guests wait in long lines just to save some time by shutting down self checkout. You close at 10pm. Why cant you just keep the self checkouts open til close?

Love Target and how when we order online the products are always on point with free delivery 2 days later! Our son loves his bouncy bee! Its built to last too!!! We still waiting for walmart products and we wont be making that mistake again.

Wonderful place. Huge, and with a wide variety of stuff. The restrooms are clean and staff was kind. The aesthetic is welcoming, bright, and clean, well organized, and supplies what one needs at a reasonable price.

Over price and they dont carry enough mens clothes I will never shop here again

Pharmacist Amanda was so rude to me! I was shocked. She asked if I was picking up and I replied yes. She said well your just gonna have to wait and walked away. I waited 5 minutes while she filled a prescription and then my husband joined me. He said what is going on. I whispered what she said. We waited another 5 minutes and he asked her if we could be helped. She again said you have to wait. She finally came and he told me to walk away as he was going to speak to her. He was looking for her name and she said it’s Amanda so you know! He then said that she was rude to his wife and now to him. She never apologized but just said I’m here by myself! Never had that terrible customer service at a Target CVS! I think we will switch to Walgreens now. So disappointed! Shame on her!

Well if you need a place to shop that don’t require you to wear a mask this is the store for you. They let whole families in without a mask on. Instead of them focusing on the health of people they let them shop and walk freely through the store. Even at the checkout the cashier didn’t say anything. I spoke my mind about it and they said there was nothing they could do so needless to say I left my cart right there completely filled and walked out and will never return.

The store is always clean and has great products, though pricey. There is never any really good sales but it doesnt keep my business away. My reason for 3 stars is the curbside pickup standards. Theyve brought me out damaged/broken products. And how in the world are you going to bring me a box of bandaids that are torn open? Very obviously, I might mention, as the top was just open and a bandaid was ripped off the double strip and missing from the box. Have some better standards with your online shoppers. I dont know if you figure we wont see this stuff until we get home and then shrug it off, as its not worth the trip back, or what the logic is behind this but please do better. Also, they dont enforce masks.

Very large with a wide variety of things, but honestly underwhelming. I was excited to see what they had for Pride 2021, and there was practically nothing. So I went to look at books, and the displays were sloppy. The candles were a mess. Just a very disappointing visit.

Skip Walmart crowded aisles and come to Target instead for a better shopping experience.

Recently I have done my groceries online and used the option of picking up at the store and its great to save time while you also avoid exposure to the virus during pandemic times. You dont pay nothing extra for that and you can find easily what you want.

I was very impressed with the manager in this store. I had bought a double stroller from target and put it together right away because I was excited come to find I had a sudden unexpected miscarriage a month later. I had held on to it in hopes to need it but it just wasn’t happening for us. It sat in a closed closet as a reminder, so I took a leap to return the stroller in acceptance since it was time and honestly we could use the money back. I had a rough time when I first tried to bring it in with a young girl from returns saying she couldn’t take it back because it was opened and assembled. The manager had already left for the day so basically she turned me away and didn’t offer any help. I left bawling, as it was a big deal to me to return this stroller. I took a chance to come back when the manager was there. He was very understanding and helpful as well as an employee named Nichole. They should get some applause for having empathy as it’s national pregnancy loss month. Thank you again!

Target in general is an ok store. I an find better deals at Walmart ...Ross.. Marshalls. However I went there today to get diapers for my son. They really redesigned the store and it looks awesome. You can still find good deals there. The store was very clean and the associates were helpful and friendly.

My 4 Stars Rating . . . .Clean Store & Friendly Associates, Modern Fashions but the only drawback is that TARGET does NOT have any Handicapped Trolleys / Scooters at all and that is so SAD for my Back and for MY FEET ! :-( In this day and age with all of this amazing technologies I every EVERY big chain store SHOULD have Scooters AVAILABLE for the ILL & TIRED & Recovering Patients dealing with some sort of illness that is unable to walk a lot nor browse the quality items in your store. Target always has what I need, and often for less than the other stores Im willing to give money too. The store is clean and well-organized. The employees are always laughing together and cheerful. It seems like a positive atmosphere, which makes the whole experience more pleasant.

Everyone was friendly and courteous and on black friday of all days I waited in line less than 5 minutes and the customer service person took the time to help me understand how to use the app for in-store pick up. Amazing.

ITEMS MISSING When doing PICK UP with employees having attitudes when confronted. Cart cleaner only says hello to non POC Customers. Employees dont socially distance when asking for assistance. Self check out staff doesnt always wipe down screens at check out stations . Employees always socializing with off duty employees and family.

On Sunday March 31st...Two managers went above and beyond to help my wife exchanging an item we got from our baby registry that we decided we wanted to upgrade. They made the experience easy, fast and without any problems at all. They even helped her take it to the car for her, awesome customer service guys. We always enjoy doing our shopping at Target!

They went out of their way to help me ( They actually did all the work ) copy some pictures that were very important to me. The manager had to wrestle the machine as it did everything but work properly. He stayed on it like a champion bull rider till I had my pictures. Thanks guys!!!!

This is a great target location! The staff is always quick to help and usually knows there stuff. The only time I had an issue is when one employee told me they did not sell security envelopes at all and I found them a few seconds later. In the gist of things not a big deal. Highly recommended!

Target has many products. I would shop hear more if they had a better selection of organic products. Theyre closing always is great prices and quality is good too. I love their cartwheel coupons theres always good deals on there too.

I worked at this Target for a while, and I still shop there. Mostly their true goal is to make the guest happy. Believe it or not this is a decent Starbucks. Whats nice is its usually not so busy that you cant order custom drinks. Just make sure one of the guys is working.

The customer service that went over and beyond at the Service Desk

The manager did not allow me to use my coupons because she said I was already getting a gift card for the purchase even though there were only 2 manufacturer coupons for 4 items. I have always shopped at Target with my coupons and had no issues. She stated that it is not a new rule and that I must have always gone with cashiers that didnt know what they were doing. I prefer to go to another store where they will not a manager use a raised voice towards there loyal customer.

I love Target. The store I shop @ is kept clean & the employees are always helpful. Sometimes there arent enough lines open during peak times. Now they have self check out but people think they know how to use it. Not Targets fault. Prices reasonable & they usually price match. 👍 Never experienced any major issues.

I will never shop at Target again! Horrible customer service! Never brought item to my car and I had to leave, then they marked my item as picked up! Total joke.

I like the overall layout when shopping at target especially the cleanliness of the store.

How are you guys going to be hiring for a position for over 30 days and say you’re not going to hire someone after an interview. Way to discriminate against someone who has over 8 years of customer and cashier experience but only in the restaurant industry. Funny too that my grandma worked at this same target for over 20 years. Won’t be coming here anymore.

I love all the adorable merch! My weekly Target run brings me a great deal of joy!!! The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is clean. Target is amazing.

What can I say?? My wife and I go to Target at least twice a week. Why? I dont know, other than Target captures your soul! It has everything and makes you feel just warm on the inside.

We love the promotions and atmosphere, generally. However, we will go shopping with deals in mind which include the use of manufacturer coupons. Half of the time there are problems with the computer not accepting the coupons. The employees simply say, well, the computer isnt accepting the coupon so we cannot take it. This makes shopping much more frustrating as I then have to dig through my bags and pull out the items I will no longer be purchasing and in the end waste much of my time between the messing around at the checkout and my time to put together some deals before heading to the store. A lot of times I wont bother going to Target anymore for most things because I know it will most likely be a pain. Empower your people to make informed decisions about perfectly valid coupons! It doesnt speak very highly of them that they only can go with what the computer says.

The store is setup nicely with the location of items. It is large, clean, and looks good. The prices are higher than Walmart but the service is a lot better. If only they could compete better with the likes of Amazon and Walmart I would go here more often.

Its so easy

I purchased a 5 shelf bookcase, not ONE PERSON asked me if I needed any help. Not even after I knocked a jar of salsa off the shelf and it broke & salsa went everywhere. People were cutting in front of me while Im trying to balance the long box in my cart. Nothing like the Target on 173.

Great place to meet many shopping needs for anyone in the family. Currently in the start of remodeling (again), so hard to write proper review on store layout. Store location has CVS pharmacy, Starbucks (for now, at least), and (small) grocery selection.Store is kept clean and does VERY well with having a friendly staff. One minor caveat (seen in all retail, though): while there are 20+ cash registers, only 3-4 are kept open most of the day (however, this means a lot of staff works the floor).

Wanted to buy a pair of button up shirts for work this week. They rang up over $30 a piece. I would have gone to Macys if I wanted to spend $100 for three shirts, not Target.

Nice clothing, q little on the $$ side. Dont shop here is you need bra sizes between A or DD because they dont carry those those sizes much of any.

Quick and easy

This location can be one of my most commonly-visited stores. It is very well maintained and many staff are friendly (some even ask you if you need help).Although it has been remodeled to carry grocery items, this location does not have a full grocery store within, although many essentials can be bought.Overall: its a great way to avoid WalMart in one place.

The process is quick and easy and employees bring the order out quickly. Makes shopping extremely easy with a toddler!

The womens department is always so messy with the clearance sale section. While I am appreciative for sale items, its a mess. I just walk away frustrated at the E. State Street store. The Target on 173 does not have those issues. I know 173 is a smaller store so that may be the difference, but I love shopping there. Hopefully someday it will change, I think they would sell more items.
