Love this place for all my crafting needs and holiday decorations. I also like that you can place an order again and then just go pick it up. I get a lot of holiday crafts and decorations here..

The curbside delivery option is really helpful and had always been pretty speedy in terms of pick up.

John is a little pricey and they really dont have quite enough stock of each color, part of its covid part of it is seasonal changeover so Im not really blaming them. Otherwise the store was clean and quiet a little crowded but again, seasonal change over. Seem to have a lot better yarn than hobby lobby

Jo-ann Fabrics always has good sales going on. Plus, I found that waiting in line to get my fabric cut is a way to find community. You get to talk to different women about your projects and find support in your crafting addiction.

Huge selection of dress, infant, holiday, etc., fabrics, not sure about upholstery or bridal yardage, but I may have missed those displays. Also lovely floral arrangements in unusual blossoms, beads and findings, sewing notions and accessories. Much attention to the needs of the professional seamstress here, including quilting and embroidery.

I love Joanns and the fabric selection. The staff is great, theyre always very nice when I go in. The problems I mostly have is with the app itself and the pricing. Although I know completely that the staff here cant change it (thats why they have 5 stars), it doesnt hurt to mention that its a little pricey, but they are very good 😊

I wont go here again. I simply needed one thing and they did not carry it. I found a way to substitute, but was not happy with my results. I wanted Hunter green cording. I did not want to have to dye it from white or use ribbon instead. The staff were nice though. However in the future Ill just save myself the hassle and order something online from a place that has what I need.

Seems like this store is always under staffed, and it shows in the way the store is stocked and also not stocked. There are issues with organization and while the employees are very nice and helpful, they seem overwhelmed. Many areas of the store are a total mess, and displays are haphazard. Dont get me wrong. Our choices are limited in this region where fabric stores are concerned. I dont think everything is terrible about this store- I just feel that if management were more thoughtful and concerned, this store could be really great. Instead of just mediocre.

First day opening after covid-19 shutdown. Went in to make purchases. Was so nice to be able to go in after all this. Sadly I will not be returning. No regulation of new rules. You allowed a lady inline to be so close to me she could have touched me with either daughter or granddaughter (yes endangerment of a minor). I asked her to back up she refused. Then did it to the next lady. Laughed about it! This was allowed. As far as I’m concerned you are part of a terrorist bio warfare. I called it into the authorities after sharing my thoughts to the checkout person, who informed me they couldn’t regulate the situation. I said yes they could. One refuse service and ask them to leave, get a security guard, and lastly have someone regulating how many are coming into the store and to make sure mask are being worn. How about hand sanitizer at the door? Yep you lost my respect and my business.

Helpful, kind, and knowledgeable staff who assisted in averting a coat button disaster. Because of their help, I have a fully functional winter coat again. Not sure why its 54° outside on Christmas, but I will take it!

They have everything you would ever want in fabric. Such an awesome place. I wish they taught these things when we were in school so we could utilize the vast materials that they have better. Luckily if you dont know what youre doing they have patterns and modern cosplaying Fabrics to make things a little easier for you. Seriously I would just recommend coming here and feeling all the amazing textiles they have to offer.

Helpful friendly ladies at both the cutting table, and at checkout! I was needing a 3 inch thick piece of foam, and she happily cut it to the size I needed. At checkout, I was fumbling with finding my spp to use a coupon, and she was super friendly and patient about it!It was a very pleasant experience.

Great place to find all sorts of fabrics and craft items. Watch prices, yet they do have coupons. This is definitely a go to place for hard to find items, with a large selection.

Went to the store with my mom so she could buy her fabric and I took a look in the parking lot... there had to be 10 husbands all sitting in their cars waiting.

I dont like it because my mom forces me to go there but if you like arts and crafts they have many options for everything.

First time going into this store. I was amazed to see that they carry so many different types of material. They have a large variety that ranges in colors, patterns, and textures. They also have everything from fabric to sewing machines to patterns and everything in-between. This would be a fashionistas dream come true. Prices were higher than Walmart fabric however the variety is endless and the quality out ranks Wally world fabrics any day.

I love this place! I bought my very first sewing machine here and learned the essentials on how to do basic sewing. I look forward to continuing to expand my knowledge in sewing with more classes in the future!!!

This is my go to when I have a question with buying materials. Someone is usually around in the fabric dept to answer questions. However locally the store is limited on stock and there are many other options nearby which are more interesting to shop.

Lots of choices for anyone who enjoys doing handwork or crafts. Helpful staff.

Waited in line while there was one checker and another employee stayed stocking fabric; who also didnt even start to put her fabric down to help me find the fabric I was looking for. The only person who stayed busy and had am excuse not to be a second cashier was the cutter. Customer service has gone down the tubes here!

I found one gorgeous little cabbage like flower missing it’s stem and price tag and bI asked if I could buy it. I wanted to make a beautiful little fairy dress out of it. The two young ladies at the register were EXTREMELY unhelpful. We spent $80, had no coupons, and offered to pay what we were paying for other flowers from the same bin, but nooooo. They wouldn’t want to make a customer happy. There was nothing else like it in the entire store. And I bet it went in the trash when I left. I will not be shopping at this store again.

Ill start off by saying the store has GOOD products and PRICES. Thats the ONLY good thing about the store.They have THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sorry but i believe if you work at any store and anyone KINDLY asks for your Help... You should HELP. I been here a couple of times and just like other people mentioned here, Staff are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFFESSIONAL. They make you feel super uncomfortable. If you ask for help they look at you as if you are BOTHERING them and its NOT their Job to help you. This people need to be TRAINED TO PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I really hope something is done about this.

I love JOANN Fabrics and Crafts. I was in there briefly to pickup something for my youngests nieces birthday that is on the day after Valentines Day. JOANNshas a variety of different types of fabrics, notions and supplies. They have a separate area for sewing machines.

Clean, well-organized, well-staffed. I wish they had more Christmas candles, but thats not their specialty.
