This party city is exceptional, I went and picked up balloons for my friend. I drove for about 5 minutes before both balloons burst. I turned around, took them back and the lady exchanged them and put them in a bag so it wouldnt happen again. Good customer service.

When I was a kid 15 years ago picking out my Halloween costume it was a awesome experience. A whole wall of costumes, decorations coming down from the ceiling, and it was packed. I go in, middle of sept not even October yet and they barley had any costumes. No costume wall. The shelves that weren’t Halloween stuff were not stocked good. The changing rooms were closed so I took my daughter in the bathroom to try on costumes. Thankfully she found one she liked but I won’t be returning next year for Halloween. Go to spirit Halloween. It actually feels like the holiday with tons of costumes and decorations. They suck ever since they moved from their old building.

We spent over a $100 on party supplies for our daughters 1st birthday, and was happy with everything except the balloons bouquet. We spent $30 on this bouquet at 7pm and the top balloons must have a leak because but the time we pulled them out of the bag which was the next day at 12pm, the top balloon was partly deflated. 😔 I was so disappointed. The website says these balloons should last 5-7 days and even the girls that worked that night said 2-5 days. This was less then 24 hours and now 48 hours later the balloon is on the ground 😔 i realize this isnt party cities fault, just was very disappointed.

They sent the wrong size costume, but I kept it and my son looks cute in it even though its a little big.

Staff was great. Had a big party and they offered great suggestions for our balloons. They delivered them and was on time they said it would be.

A nice place with some cool stuff for your party. Decent Halloween costumes for children and adults.

I was just in there and they had more than one worker working in the balloon area waited a tremendous amount of time for 2 little balloons just to get tell I had to wait another 30 minutes to get my 2 small balloons . Really upset.

Had to return somethings because we bought too much and the cashier was very helpful and patient.

Theyre open but dont have all their costumes in yet? Also didnt have a working child safety belt on any carts.

After calling and being told no appointment necessary To have balloons inflated. Was told it would be a hour before mine could be done. Then when I returned to pick it up it wasn’t ready. Then specialty balloons missing. Will never use them again

All costumes are pictured along the wall. A store clerk orders the costume you want. There is a place to pick it up and a place to try it on. There are coupons available on retail me not.

Out of a lot of things

Staff was nice. Got stuff for kids gift bags for a party cheap and balloons.Only issue is balloons take quite a long time and thats one staff member unavailable for the 58492 other things going on. Otherwise great visit and nice/well organized store.

Not usually the type to post reviews on businesses let alone a bad review but I did not like the managers condescending energy. I get it, you guys get busy and you might be going though things at home but if your job is to interact with people on a daily basis it would be cool if you left your bad energy somewhere else. There’s no point in training your employees to greet everyone with “welcome to the party” if people are going to leave with a bad taste because of how the MANAGER interacts with the customers. I’m talking about the red-headed lady with the glasses and consistently annoyed look on her face.Thanks.

When we entered the store the aisles were blocked off so we were forced to walk the length of store to reach our destination. We were also misguided as to where the materials were that we needed were. This would account for the average review. They had a great selection of products!!

We all know Halloween is the busiest time for them. They know this as well. So it leads me to ask why in the world was there only 2 cashiers when there was 20 people in line waiting to check out. Yes, I waited in line. Needed items for a party tonight. I watched other women come in for birthday balloons and walked out after 10 minutes of waiting. You could hear her tell the cashier forget it nevermind. They were so understaffed that it was on the two cashiers to ring customers, fill balloons, and answer the phone ringing off the hook. The manager no where in sight, probably because they were getting costumes for customers. Crazy prices, crazy wait time.

This is a fun place to visit. Especially around Halloween. The costumes are organized so its not one large mess of things people have picked through. You find the costume by age/gender from a picture on the wall, and give the assigned item number to a store associate. They get the costume for you, which can be tried on in the changing room. They have lots of fun party items, and you can walk in with no idea what you are looking for, and find many things you want to leave with. Fun masks for Halloween, and good prices overall.

I order some items from Party City that were to be delivered today; I got no refund notice in my email inbox; so I checked on the status of the delivery. I got a number and then a status cancelled, so what did that mean; its been delivered? Oh, NO that means the order was cancelled. I tried calling, and the wait time was one hour. I tried to reach out in other methods and no response. I wrote a DM on Twitter and got a kind response to check on it needing the order number. The response back; Your order was cancelled. No apology no explanation. Had I gotten this earlier. I would have order for someone else. This is so unacceptable!

Love it I actually got to designs my own balloons that was too cool never done that before my own personal balloon I did it I designed it.

Very nice store a lot in there for parties. But in my town there are very many golf courses and I could not find one thing to decorate for a golf themed party. I had to go online and order stuff and when it came some of it was wrong. Couldnt believe it in this town like I said with all of the golf courses here no golf themed decorations.

Pick up was quick and easy. My order was ready to go when I arrived for pick up.

The service was terrible. Waited in line for 45 minutes

Lots of stuff

There didnt have everything I needed for the family reunion 😔. We was doing Mardi gras theme. They have the mask at a nice price. The Boazs were a little expensive. They had the Mardi gras beads for a great price and they was like 4-600 in the container. But the didnt have anything else in the store, but a few signs that you can stick in the ground and write something on them so the guess know where to go. Just wish the had more in the store for decorations for the surrounding area of the party! I have gone to this store for many parties and they always have what I need to do my parties, but this time they let me down. 🥺 I just hope the next party we have for our family reunion they have more stuff to use at the party 😁. Love the new store, its only a tiny bit further away from me, but its double the size, & had a huge selection of items. Also the floor staff was extremely nice & helpful. The cashier I had needed 2 work on her social skills, she wasnt rude, but not nice either.

Great selection of items for parties. Always well stocked with everything we need for the multitude of parties my family has thrown through the years. The staff is always friendly and helps in any way we need though checkout and balloon fill up. The one problem lately is not this stores fault, but a larger issue. They were out of helium so we were unable to fill up balloons for the last two parties we threw. We were able to return the balloons no questions asked but the loss of the helium is still a little annoying. Not this particular stores fault though.

Wow! What a change. Be prepared to be bombarded by color! You can see everything available in a color while standing in one spot. No more searching for cops, then plates, then silverware. Great concept.

I LOVE picking up random costume pieces for an on-going game of musical clothes (pass the bag of costume pieces around while the music plays, grab something out to put on when the music stops). Our family has done this for years and some of our favorite wigs, hats, and accessories come from PARTY CITY!!!

Large store with lots of options. Mylar & laytex balloons, helium, many different options for party decorations and costumes. There is 1 isle that is mostly candy, bulk and packaged. Only issue is you wait in line quite awhile to pay as they only had 2 registers open on the Saturday before Halloween. I would have thought they would know it would be busy and have had more workers.

The store has everything and then some for party needs. Service at balloon counter was slow however when one of the foils I brought in somehow got a leak she replaced it with a new one from the floor. I was very thankful for that and her suggestions.

I went in wanting to speak to a manager. The cashier, who was wearing a walkie, tells me the manager just walked around the corner and simply points. Instead of using her headset for its intended purpose (informing the manager somebody wished to speak to her), I was expected to try to chase this woman down. Before I could catch up, the manager went into the back room. I tried waiting for a good period of time but she never came out. Not that I’m blaming her for doing her job but her staff could use some more training. While I was waiting, there was a second girl on the floor who I wasn’t even aware was an employee. I thought she was shopping as she made zero acknowledgment to my existence. It wasn’t until I got fed up and decided to leave that I was aware the second girl worked there, she was standing up front with the original, unhelpful cashier, twirling a cane around and gossiping about another employee. Great customer service, kids. You have a lot to learn.

I went in looking for Birthday supplies, they didn’t have the quantity needed. They also didn’t know when more would be coming in & was told to call in a couple days. I called a few days later & was told they did have stock now. I show up at the store & still no stock. I explained I had recently called & was put on hold for a while for someone to check & they confirmed they had stock. I thought maybe someone might have set them aside. All I was told “sorry, the person on the phone probably lied & didn’t actually check” We need a more organized party supply store. How do you not have control of inventory?!?

Super inconvenient that the store was so understaffed that they wanted to make me get undressed and redressed every single time to try on another costume. I wanted to try on 3 and understood taking 1 in at a time but i dont understand making me get dressed, wait for another, get undressed, try on again, get dressed again, etc. Please fix this. Its super inconvenient and made me not purchase from your store for that reason alone. I tried to ask the manager to work with me and his response was i dont have someone to stand there all day...that wasnt what I was asking i just needed help swapping out costumes to obey your rule or just let me take 3. It wasnt even busy like wheres the customer service here? I will order it online elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.

Staff is hit or miss. Sometimes you get those who are incredibly helpful and quick and other times they stand around and socialize. Prices are pretty cheap for some but across the board I think pretty average.

Andrea is the best!!! I am the events director for two local ministries and he always ensures that Im taken care of.

Everytime I visit I wonder why I keep coming back. The entire store is over priced. The employees would rather stand around and talk about finding a different job rather then filling the balloons I waited 25 min for....in an empty store. I spent 20min fixing the bouquets of balloons I bought once I got home. Never again.

Would like to give it a zero! Worst experience ever! After waiting 20 minutes, went to ask an employee a question, another employee in a very very snotty tone told me she wasnt open for business. So I asked little snotty about a costume, rudely she told me she didnt know who the person was and to look on the back wall or go to Halloween city. I put down my selections, about $75.00 worth and left. Will NOT go back there to be treated like crap!
