Little disappointed. They told me my order would be ready when I got there. That had about an hour. Got there and was told they would start picking my order. Had to wait about 15 mins. Very disappointed that my order wasnt ready like they said it would be. Guess when a company knows you can only buy from them they can treat you this way. Not like you can go elsewhere.

Great staff! And fast unloading had me out in 15 minutes including the time for me to back in!

Poor poor staff. You don’t get paid enough. Horrible and unsafe working conditions. People with poor eyesight are given the ability to control dangerous machinery sometimes injuring people.

Nice friendly staff. No wait time for a morning appointment. Not to difficult to back though if there were a few trucks trying at once it wouldnt work. Unloading started right away. No lounge that I saw but you wouldnt be waiting long anyways. Pretty close to some truck stops be aware the pilots nearest are fuel only or tiny lots from what I hear. Full size stops only maybe 12 miles away though.

Fast unloading. Done in 20 min. Receving hours 9AM-1PM

Sucked backing in our trailer they have covered loading/unloading docks n its very difficult on urc1st time here
