Come to work on the 14th of October 2021 with 2 bottles sitting outside the front of the bldg. No idea how long theyve been there. No idea if theyve been tampered with. Call the phone number & apparently the driver No longer needs to bring them into the bldg if he/she feels comfortable doing so. Nor do they need to bring it to the door closest to the water storage room. It would have been nice to have been informed of the policy change. It would have been nice to have a pleasant experience via phone or even a response via email. Apparently our account isnt big enough to be of concern. No worries, we have another company stepping up.

Exceptional product with amazing customer service. Extremely pleased always. Our driver Mark Evans is amazing with phenomenal customer service. Great communication via text messages and calls to follow through with needs on orders. Very pleased we have this exceptional water and home delivery service. Keep up the great work. The 2 delivery drivers that delivered to stoughton were very respectful and I could tell they took pride in their jobs.

We cancelled our service after one month. From day one the lack of communication from the local branch was mind boggling. Last minute delivery schedule changes, no shows, no response back when we would call to ask why they didnt show up and they would never return our call. 48 hours after we left a voicemail, we would get an email that said we will not be delivering on your scheduled date.... well ya... we know you didnt show up! They even cancelled the the make up date.

Residential service, unreliable: 2 stars for water quality. 0 stars for service. Changed delivery schedule without notification, several promises to deliver on days and then did not show or cancelled via email. This service was supposed to be a convenience, not an annoyance. Cancelled today.

Thank you Hinckley for always showing up to my door with fresh water. I may worry we’ll run out of toilet paper during this crazy time in history, but NEVER am I worried we’ll run out of clean, fresh water to drink and cook with! Thanks to you!! Delivery people are wonderful but the customer service people dont care about the customer .. rude, sarcastic and very high and mighty attitudes
