Candle Crest has been my go to candle shop stop for the last 7/8 years ever since I discovered them at the Rockford City Market. The owners are so friendly and create some amazing smelling stuff! If you havent been there- you need to. This is your sign. Run- dont walk!

Candle Crest is the ONLY company I purchase candles from. The owners are diligent about the ingredients used in each product. I know whatever I purchase is safe for me, my family and my home. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is accommodating. The owners, Dave and Judy, go above and beyond for each customer and the Rockford community at large. They are kind and giving which makes being a loyal customer simple and easy. The fragrances are amazing and have made for incredible gifts. Whether you are stoping in the store or ordering online, your experience will be nothing short of incredible. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This is only related to their version of woodwick candles but theyre a waste of money. I included a photo and a video (if thatll even show up).The base they uses to hold the wick far exceeds the height of the left over wax. So I spent 16 bucks on this little candle and I dont even get to use the bottom part because of the base sticking so far up. Ive never had this problem with the name brand Woodwick candles.The other big issue is when first using it. 2 hours of it burning it sounded like a weed wacker with a seized up bearing. First time in my life I ever wanted to throw a candle out the window. After you get passed that horrendous sound, it become basically inaudibleThe smell was incredible though and it really filled up my home, more so than some candles Ive used in the past.My mother likes using their normal wicks so if I ever go back Ill probably just get one of those.

Totally a business that has a future in Rockford and that is because they are very kind and helpful from start to finish and if what I purchased there is up to grade with who I purchased those items for are impressed...And this is where customer friendly and quality product are what support small businesses really want and need..So far thank you for your help..

I love this shop!!!!I have purchased several candles and am always impressed by the variety and unique scents they have. I also love love love the shower steamers!! Would definitely recommended this shop!

It was ok have to walk around to the front of the Building I was a little disappointed the candles didnt have much smell but what was cool is the shower steamers. And kind of pricey

I bought two of these candles through a fundraiser, tucked them away and forgot about them. I pulled one out the other day and after burning for about 20 minutes, my entire downstairs smelled SO GOOD!!! I dont like Bath and Body candles (too strong of a chemical smell), Yankee (too weak) or Gold Canyon (too waxy) so I looked at the jar because I HAVE to have more of these. Much to my surprise, I saw they were local and I was even more sold on them! I will never buy any other candles from now on!

I am a scented candle junkie and let me say:These candles are perfection. The soy insures they burn clean, evenly and don’t leave spot marks everywhere. The smell permeates a huge area too! Whenever I visit my family and friends across the country, they request I bring these candles because there’s no one else that comes close.

This place has the greatest candles Ive ever found in my life! The smells are amazing and they stay with the candle until youre done. Theres also great soaps and bath bombs and shower bombs and I bought a pillow there that smelled like the store for 3 months. Love this store one of my favorite places to go to

Disappointed!I spent just over $120.00 on candles from here, 2 for myself the rest for Christmas gifts.They smell great in the jar, but Not when you burn them.They do NOT fill the room with their scent at all. Its just a lit flame. You cant even tell theres a candle burning.I wont be giving these out for gifts after all.However, The guy making the candles was very nice & informative. I watched him at his craft & it was cool to see.Unfortunately, I wont be back.

I won’t burn any other candle! Soy candles that burn clean all the way to the bottom! They smell up the whole house! Even the small candles! I always get compliments on how my house smells when these candles are burning or even not burning, they smell so good! Always great gifts since all my friends and family beg me for them, and Candle Crest always has a great selection! The owners are beyond fabulous as well! Seriously, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My absolute favorite place to buy candles, I rarely buy from anywhere else! So many unique scents that last. The eucalyptus lavender is my favorite candle. I also love their lotions and shower steamers!

I love candle crest candles! They are better than any store bought candles. The scents dont give me migraines and smell amazing in my house, plus they are made with soy wax so no black smoke. The owners are very invested in our community which is one more reason to shop there. They also make great body products like scrubs and lotions that I love!
