For months I have been looking for classic red Vans and every place only has the burgundy Vans. I went to Journeys and was talking with the employees about this and I was just about to break down and buy the burgundy Vans. As I was trying them on one of the employees turned his monitor around and asked if these are what Im looking for and they were and also on sale. He told me they would be shipped directly to my house. I ordered them on Saturday 01/21/17 and received them on Wednesday. These 2 employees went above and beyond and are stars!!

Dealt with two different rude workers who said that they couldnt order a shoe in my size because it wasnt available. Since they couldnt order them, I decided to go online and found the exact same shoes in my size on the Journeys website. The two female workers LIED to my FACE. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

They have a good selection of shoes for being such a small store but the staff couldnt have been more unprofessional. I work in an industry where we greet everyone with a smile and its all about them. Not at this place. The employees could of been mistaken for high schoolers goofing around. Bad vibes.

A great selection and a very trendy store

Workers and manager were rude. When i left the store they were talking bad about me saying i was rude and had an attitude which i didn’t i was very kind to them. My friend works their and he was telling me about what they were saying and it wasn’t pleasant. will never shop there again or go into that store.

If you go to this store ask for Mary. She is very friendly and she knows what she is doing. So please ask for her.
