Nice and spacious with good coffee as usual

Some of the worst service I have ever received. Its easy for us to do a mobile order since all customizations are saved. We had put in the order moments before they asked what we would like. We said we just put in a mobile order. The woman said oh the one that LITERALLY just came in...OK well it 3 drink and food so it will be a while... um it was a refresher tea and Frappuccino with 2 cake pops. They also were not busy. Ive been to this location before and havenever been treated like this. To be treated like we were inconveniencing them was an insult.

The worker was VERY rude. Will not return here ever again.

I wish there was negative zeros I could put for this place. An absolute horrible experience. The service was COMPLETELY & ABSOLUTELY one of the worst experiences Ive ever had ... not just at a Starbucks BUT anywhere Ive ever been. So sad.

This Starbucks usually has a very long line but it does go by really fast and when you get your drink it always looks better than ever :) I totally reccomend this Starbucks only if you have the patience for it. I dont mind the wait if their is good service and good drinks/food!! Today we surprised my aunt with a great care package! This pretty coffee! Caramel has never looked this good before :)

Lines at drive through are 15 to 20 minutes after placing my order. I felt sorry for those cars behind me.

Baristas are extremely rude and audibly talk about you behind you back. They give bad drinks and roll eyes when asked to make it again. The staff really ruin the atmosphere and their bad attitude ruins days. Really wont be going back

Well I sat in your drive thru for a good 30 min do to cars cutting in line from the back of the building, Perryville has a horrible drive thru system, I will never even bother with another Starbucks as your coffees are not worth the money anyway

They train the staff here to follow the corporate recipes and that is a good thing. Bring me my latte the way I like it works here every time.

I was in yesterday morning to purchase some gift cards.I have to tell you, the women that waited on me ( I believe her name was Cindy) was just FANTASTIC!!I stopped in to grab (2) gift cards for a couple of friends and the women asked, would you like any drinks today? I joking responded by saying sure if you want to throw in a free coffee.Without hesitation I was given a free small coffee. WOW that really made my day!!Then, then Cindy directed me over to the sugar and cream area and wished me a good day!! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Food ok, quick commercial bite, customer service could improve. Cashier was trained on taking payment with an egift card, but got it solved after insisting :(

There were nice, and easily made the extras I added to Moocha Cookie Crumble available with ease!

I asked for a Strawberry Cream Frappuccino, 10 minutes later my drink separated. I always purchase this drink at any Starbucks but it only happened at this Starbucks location Perryville rd(Rockford). In my opinion they are putting way to much ice.

Had hot coffee in my order and the coffee was not hot at all. Not the first time this has happened from this location.

Terrible location. The drive through has two lines that have to merge in to one. The parking lot is very small and difficult. The staff are rude, don’t give good service, and complain that they are too busy. Avoid this location at all costs.

I stop in a lot during the winter months and always have a pleasant experience with the employees. Always so friendly and chipper, but my problem is that the lack of consistency of the drinks. They are never the same taste although it is the same drink which is frustrating and also since when is a coffee sleeve optional? That has to be a required necessity so you dont burn your hand (today I put my coffee in my glove) and please give out the stoppers because I ALWAYS have to ask for them.

Normally I either write a review if I had an amazing experience or one that is far below average. This is on the latter. I am one of many Starbucks loyal customers as I go often and have been to most / all Starbucks in the Rockford / Greater Rockford area. Typically service is good and they make the drink as requested (as should be since this is a purchased good). This is my second dissatisfying experience with this location. I enjoy some of the drive thru employees and some look like they utterly hate their job. I’m always courteous to any employee, but I don’t receive the same respect back sometimes here (feels like I’m the one in customer service). Today I asked for a berry hibiscus with “VERY light ice”. First off the ice was topped off to the rim of the cup and then it straight up taste like water with berries in it. WORST EVER. what a waste of money. I would post a pic if I could but I don’t have the option on the mobile platform.

Its one of the two best Starbucks in town, they are friendly, store is clean, and they know what they are doing. I wish they would offer the splash sticks though without having to ask.

I placed an order online for just a simple grilled cheese. It said it was available and I paid for it. I drove all the way there to pick up my sandwich. They told me they didn’t have any left and asked if I wanted something else. I didn’t want anything else so I had to wait in line for them to refund my money. I asked why they didn’t update their app that it wasn’t available. I was told it was a busy day. Well what’s the use of having the app and order online feature if it doesn’t work. I wasted my gas and my time and left hungry. They could have at least offered a pastry or coffee or something. Wow. I guess I just expected better customer service.

I usually make my own coffee, but I get my coffee when its rush time from this store. The staff are so nice and they help me pick my coffee. Definitely recommend them.

This location was closed again as of 11/9 due to covid. It is the third time for this location.

Staff was super friendly. Lobby needed to be tidied up a little otherwise it’s always a nice experience. Usually a pretty busy place. Love the space to pick up WiFi and get some work done while enjoying a deliciously crafted coffee.

Even after placing an order at a different Starbucks, the barista still helped me out with my order, on the house. Thank you so much for dealing with people like me XD Thank you to that barista as well

Perryville Starbucks has become my favourite spot in recent past. Have been spending extended time for preparing upcoming test. Indoor and out seating area. I have seen many people working while sipping their drink or crunching a snack. Professional baristas and good drinks. On the other side they still need to work on cleanliness of stores and at times music is loud.

Came here for my girl and got her a large flat white with and extra shot of espresso. Im sorry to all the Starbucks loyalest, but this was a $6 dollar cup of coffee and thats crazy. If she wants me to buy her another cup of coffee, shes going to learn to love gas station coffee like me.

Its a Starbucks in a strip mall. Around here the coffee is better and the hours longer than other coffee shops. Of the Rockford locations this has the most seating and the more spacious setting.

This Starbucks has all the optional stuff most Starbucks dont have. They have extra refrigerated space to offer many choices like the bistro boxes and additional bottled beverages. We stopped off the freeway and were able to get some cheese and cracker assortments for our road trip to Chicago.

This Starbucks is freaking awesome. Im sick with the flu and wanted a tea and the girl who was working gave it to me for free because I wasnt feeling good. So so nice - awesome staff and such a pretty store. ❤️

Best Starbucks in Rockford, IL. Solid staff with character. Larger, so at times can pick up in volume. Especially busy around Finals time. Really like the artwork and music played through Spotify in here is usually better than surrounding Starbucks (Jazz, Oh Wonder and Tame Impala).

Fast friendly service in a quiet clean atmosphere. They were busy and yet I did not wait a long time for my iced frappuccino. I went less than an hour before closing time so treats were limited.

First time there. Had a Mocha Frappuccino and loved it. A little pricey but the quality is worth it.

First Starbucks I’ve been to I have had not only one but two rude employees! First off when ordering my usual through the drive through as I was explaining what I want she immediately cut me off saying “Do you want it iced or hot” I Did not receive what I ordered besides the actual cinnamon dolce syrup flavoring. It was absolutely disgusting so I drove back and explained to a different employee nicely to be greeted with a snotty Non stop smirk, no apology, just a “your drink will be ready down there... nothing more! I have been visiting Starbucks daily for 8 YEARS for my ice coffee and have always had wonderful service until visiting this location. For a $6.50 coffee I expect better service. I will not be back to this location again.

Kind of felt out of the way but maybe just for us mostly clean tables not quite up kept but we took care of it. Tried the new Midnight Mint Mocha. I am enjoying it.

They made a good drink here. It could have been cleaner, but they could have just experienced a morning rush.

This Starbucks is like a tired runner on a treadmill. Lots of moving parts, but going no where. 8 employees, 3 ppl before me and 15 minutes later I get my drink. Lots of busy ppl moving around but no one getting drinks.

Starbucks closed at 3 pm with the drive through lane still occupied and refused to fill orders

I visited on a Sunday morning and it was not thay busy. The staff was very friendly and polite. I just got a dark roast coffee, but it was really good and temperature was perfect. They had plenty of outlets to plug in devices. There also seemed to be a lot of space to sit with a grpup or a couple. I had a real good time and hope to be back soon.

Starbucks is consistent in bringing a great environment to their facilities. This Starbucks is no exception. Friendly staff (at least when I go) and consistently decent coffee.

A lot of seating. Only negative is you cant see where its at if youre coming from the east. Makes it look like theres just a drive through.

Busy Starbucks with a great staff. Always smiling faces and quite often full of jokes. Service is alway sup to par, coffee good, as expected and plenty of interesting people to chat with while you wait or sit or just work. Plenty of tables, outlets in most areas. Wifi is excellent.

Horrible staff. I have been a big fan of Starbucks and visited numerous Starbucks stores. This is the worst place and will never visit again. Store manager must train staffs how apologize to customers when they spill milk on customers jacket.

Service at the Perryville Starbucks less than expected. Barista was preoccupied. The menu items we asked for were not available. We ordered two food items, one was way too hot and the other was cold.

After taking my order and waiting a few minutes they let me know that they did not have a ingredient for my drink. The manager was very nice gave me a complimentary drink and also a $4 gift card very happy with that service they did not have to do that.

Its so loud in there. Hard to sit and enjoy a coffee with people yelling.

Normally Im not one to ever write a bad review, but in this case I have too. I go to this particular Starbucks multiple times a week. I get the same thing every time I go. A Venti Chai Tea Latte with Cinnamon powder on top, a double bacon cheddar egg sandwich and a cake pop. When I went to get my order today the worker took a very long time. But that wasnt the issue the issue was when I actually got my order. My Venti was barely half way filled so I paid for a Venti and didnt even get the amount I paid for. Then my sandwich was in pieces the bacon and egg were out and the sandwich was all apart. If it werent for the fact that they were taking so long that it was going to make me late to work I wouldve asked them to remake my order.

Like liquid meth. Wish I could go full Breaking Bad on some caramel macchiato.
