The ice cream is the best! And the staff is so nice, I lost my phone at Davids Bridal and since they were closing they couldnt wait for me, so I asked them to take it to the Creamery and they kept my phone safe while I picked it up. I greatly appreciate that.

Super good ice cream and fun new stop for my kiddo. I understand the concept but I really dont understand why they cant just wipe the cup up a bit before handing it off to me. The outside of both mine and my sons cups were trashed with leaking sticky ice cream before I even got them. So bring wipes, people! 😁

Cold Stone ice cream is the best! Love their warm fudge brownie with French vanilla ice cream drizzled with caramel and chocolate sauce topped with whip cream and pecans! Just so good their cakes are pretty good also! A bit pricey but definitely good! 😍

Excellent experience, asked them to put the love it amount in a bigger cup so it didnt get all over my car on my hour drive and they were more than happy to accommodate me.

I tried to order around a gluten sensitivity and they had no idea what to do or what was gluten free.Also- they gave me the wrong size and the rewards app didnt work.

Tonight I ordered on doordash my usual - a large cake batter with a LOT of caramel, sprinkles, and the graham cracker crust(best ice cream too) When I received my order, it was AMAZING! I have been to many cold stones around the U.S, and I can say without a doubt this one is one of my favorites. From the moment I walk in, I am always greeted with a smile and some sort of greeting. I have gone here multiple times, and never been disappointed by the quality of the ice cream either. It does not taste like any regular ice cream, and it is by far my favorite. I was even served by the Boss/manager once and he kept a big smile and was very hospitable and nice to me and the lady ordering in front of me. I always feel urged that I must leave a tip because of the hospitality I receive, which is the least I can do. As long as I can eat ice cream, I’ll be coming here whenever I get the opportunity!

This particular location isnt the cleanest, and while Im sure its a franchise, do you really need a store bought sign warning of camera surveillance on the front door? The workers are great the management was unimpressive. This is the first coldstone that I didnt ask for a song... The atmosphere just wasnt very welcoming. Great selection, great products. Definitely come here for the treats, just dont expect to be wowed

Delicious as always. Allah is quick and makes very good smoothies. One day I needed some help because I locked my keys inside my truck he helped me out and gave me some basic tools to make a home made lock pick lol and I was able to unlock my truck and save a lot of money instead of calling for a locksmith so I thank you for that very much.

Great place for ice cream! One of favorite places to stop for a family treat. Ive never had a bad serving here, everything taste great! Ive learned to stick to the smaller serving size as most treats are too rich for me to consume the larger portions. There is a nice patio area to sit and relax and enjoy your treat. At times this place can crowded, but the line seems to move relatively quick.

Great ice cream. Servings are so big even the small size is big. Interesting mixes to make great sundaes or cones.

Usually it is great. However, I just went and the guy didn’t mix it in. He literally just put stuff on top of the ice cream, a small amount at that. Just little dollops on top. Kind of upset that I paid for regular ice cream with a bit of stuff on top when Coldstone usually has everything mixed in. I also had another bad experience with the same man. He doesn’t seem like he wants to be there and he ignores what you ask for.

Dont get me wrong. Their service and concept is great. But 7 bucks a pop youd expect decent ingredients. The ice cream base has high fructose corn syrup and mono and diglycerides.

Owner is awesome. Everyone loved my birthday cake from here. The cakes can be seasonal and the best one is the Valentines day. Watch for gift cards at Costco or Sams Club ($40 for $50 gift card).

Like all cold stones this features hand pressed ice cream. This location is quite busy and often times you will find a considerable line. The store is small and the location is in a small strip mall lot that is almost always packed due to the proximity of other popular businesses. To be honest the location is kind of a hassle to get in and out of and there are times when its just not worth the trouble to deal with even for such a delicious product.

This place has amazing ice cream. If you tip them and ring a bell theyll do a song and dance for you which is entertaining, funny and impressive.

Got the strawberry banana smoothie and it was just so so. Very watery and the taste was not very rich like expected..I was kinda dissappointed to be honest..
